روندها و رویه‌های راهبرد دانشی ناجا با رویکرد پلیس جامعه‌محور

زمینه وهدف :این مقاله با هدف بررسی وتحلیل الزامات دانشیپلیسی و اهمیت ویژگیهای آن در حیطه عملکرد امنیت عمومی و برنامه‌های چشم انداز پایه آن، تلاش دارد تا با شناسائی و بررسی رویه ها وروندهای تولید دانش‌واطلاعات روزآمد برای ادامه حیات و موفقیت ناجا،زمینه های رویاروئی ومدیریت تغییرات اجتماعی را در حوزه امنیت عمومی فراهم نماید.روش تحقیق:دراین اثر پژوهشی، از روش آمیخته استفاده شده‌‌است.جامعه آماری به علت محدودیت افراد متخصص در زمینه تحقیق، شامل 30 نفر از خبرگان‌اند که با توجه به تعداد پایین خبرگان، حجم نمونه به‌صورت تمام‌شمار است. ابزارهای تحقیق شامل کتابخانه، اینترنت، اسناد و پرسش‌نامه است. برای تعیین روایی پرسش‌نامه از روش روایی محتوا و برای تعیین پایایی از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. سپس با استفاده از داده‌های پرسش‌نامه به کمک نرم افزار spss میزان ضریب اعتماد با روش آلفای کرونباخ بزرگ‌تر از 0.8 به‌دست آمدیافته‌ها: اگر روند تغییر وتحولات اجتماعی به همراه مدیریت انضباط عمومی در ناجا، با دانش اطلاعاتی موضوعی در سازمان به دقت تلفیق وبه مورداجرا و ارزیابی نهاده شود، این نتیجه حاصل می شود که بتوان جامعه را تحت مدیریت منضبط و مسئولانه درآورد تا شهروندان بتوانند دانائی و قابلیت های خود را به صورت تحرکی پرنشاط، تعامل‌مند و فعال در خدمت جامعه و سودآوری قرار دهند.نتیجه‌گیری: می توان نتیجه گرفت که در این روند مدیریت دانش‌انتظامی به‌دنبال ترغیب و تحقق هوشمندانه ماموریت، خود را به نیرویی دانایی‌پایه تبدیل کند. البته باید محوریت اشتراک عمومی‌سازی اطلاعات‌ انتظامی در کشور، تهیه و واگذاری دانش آشکار انتظامی و بدیل دانش مزبور به اطلاعات موضوعی در حیطه ماموریت ناجا باشد تا بتواند به کاربری موفق بینجامد.

Trends and procedures of NAJA knowledge strategywith community-based police approach

Background and Aim: This article aims to study and analyze the knowledgepolice requirements and the importance of its features in the field of public security performance and its basic vision programs, tries to identify and review the procedures and production processes of knowledge and uptodate information for NAJA survival and success.And provide management of social change in the field of public security.Research method: In this research work, the mixed method has been used. Due to the limited number of experts in the field of research, the statistical population includes 30 experts, which due to the low number of experts, the sample size is an integer. Research tools include library, internet, documents and questionnaire.Content validity method was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach’s alpha method was used to determine the reliability.Finding: If the process of social change, along with the management of public discipline in the NAJA, is carefully integrated with the thematic information knowledge in the organization and put into practice and evaluated, the result will be that society can be managed in a disciplined and responsible manner so that citizens can know And put their abilities in the service of community and profitability in a lively, interactive and active way. Conclusion: It can be concluded that in this process, law enforcement knowledge management seeks to motivate and intelligently fulfill the mission, to turn itself into a basic knowledge force. The mission of the NAJA is to be able to lead to successful use.
