بررسی عوامل موثر در بازخوردهای اصلاحی در یادگیرندگان زبان انگلیسی

زمینه و هدف: شناسایی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت زبان‌آموزان در یادگیری زبان دوم، همواره قسمتی از دغدغه مدرسان و محققان یادگیری زبان بوده است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی عوامل موثر در بازخوردهای اصلاحی در یادگیرندگان زبان انگلیسی بود.روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ روش ترکیبی(کیفیکمی) با رویکرد استقرایی و از لحاظ هدف یک پژوهش کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری، شامل کلیه مدرسان دانشگاهی و استادان زبان انگلیسی در شهر لامرد می باشند. در بخش کیفی، روش نمونه گیری به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند گلوله برفی بود و از بین این مدرسان 14 نفر بر اساس اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی هم با توجه به گسترده بودن تعداد افراد جامعه؛ تعداد نمونه مورد نظر بر اساس فرمول نمونه گیری کوکران حداکثر (شامل 384 نفر) در نظر گرفته شد که به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود. و در بخش کمی هم پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته بر اساس شاخص های شناسایی شده در بخش کیفی بود. روایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از نظر اساتید تایید شد و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ معادل (0.78) محاسبه شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون با رویکرد اشتراسی(کدگذاری باز، محوری و منتخب) استفاده شد وتحلیل روابط ساختاری شاخص‌ها استفاده شد.یافته ها: در پایان نتایج نشان داد که قواعد ساختاری و انواع خطاها، عوامل مرتبط با مدرس، عوامل مرتبط با فراگیران، عوامل محیطی و آموزشی به ترتیب به میزان، 0.71، 0.87، 0.74 و 0.69 بر بازخوردهای اصلاحی تاثیرگذار است.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج لازم است که مدرسان زبان انگلیسی شاخص های فوق را در جهت بازخورد مثبت فراگیران و اثربخشی تدریس به کار بگیرند.

Investigating the effective factors in corrective feedback in English language learners

Background and Aim: Identifying the factors affecting the success of language learners in learning a second language has always been part of the concern of teachers and researchers of language learning. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting corrective feedback in English language learners.Method: The present study is an applied research in terms of combined method (qualitativequantitative) with inductive approach and in terms of purpose. The statistical population includes all university teachers and English teachers in Lamerd. In the qualitative part, the sampling method was targeted snowball sampling and 14 of these instructors were selected based on theoretical saturation. In a small part, due to the large number of people in the community; The maximum number of samples was considered based on the Cochran sampling formula (including 384 people) which were selected by available sampling method. The data collection tool in the qualitative part of the interview was semistructured. In the quantitative part, the researchermade questionnaire was based on the indicators identified in the qualitative part. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using the opinion of professors and its reliability was calculated with Cronbach’s alpha equivalent (0.78). To analyze the data, the method of content analysis with Strauss approach (open, axial and selected coding) was used and the analysis of structural relationships of indicators was used.Results: At the end, the results showed that the structural rules and types of errors, factors related to the teacher, factors related to learners, environmental and educational factors, respectively, were 0.71, 0.87, 0.74 and 0.69. Affects corrective feedback.Conclusion: According to the results, it is necessary for English language teachers to use the above indicators for positive feedback from learners and the effectiveness of teaching.
