واکاوی مفهوم مدیریت تربیتی در آئینۀ تجارب فرماندهان عالی انتظامی

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی مفهوم مدیریت تربیتی از طریق تحلیل تجارب خدمتی فرماندهان عالی انتظامی انجام شده است.روش: این مطالعه دارای رویکرد کیفی و مبتنی بر روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی بوده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان این تحقیق، تعدادی از مدیران ارشد ناجا، با سابقه فرماندهی انتظامی در حداقل یکی از استان‌های کشور بوده‌اند. بر این اساس، ضمن نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، داده‌ها با طراحی پروتکل مصاحبه انفرادی نیمه ساختاریافته، جمع‌آوری و پس از 18مورد مصاحبه، اشباع نظری حاصل گردیده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حکایت از استنباط 2درون مایه (بایسته‌ها و شایسته‌ها)، 9 طبقه (متخصص بودن، عدالت‌ورزی، اشراف، آموزش کارکنان، الگو بودن، بینش متعالی، عزت نفس، مکارم اخلاق، مربی‌گری) و 33زیرطبقه است.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق می‌توان گفت مفهوم مدیریت تربیتی از نگاه فرماندهان عالی‌رتبه انتظامی عبارت است از بایسته‌ها و شایسته‌های حاکم بر مدیران که شامل مولفه‌های متخصص‌بودن، عدالت‌ورزی، اشراف، آموزش کارکنان، الگو بودن، بینش متعالی، عزت نفس، مکارم اخلاق و مربی‌گری می‌باشد

An analysis of the concept of educational management in the mirror of the experiences of senior law enforcement commanders

Background and Aim: The present study aimed to investigate the concept of educational management by analyzing the service experiences of senior police commanders.Method: This study had a qualitative approach based on qualitative content analysis. The participants in this study were a number of senior NAJA managers with a history of law enforcement command in at least one of the provinces of the country. Accordingly, while purposeful sampling, data were collected by designing a semistructured individual interview protocol and after 18 interviews, theoretical saturation was obtained.Findings: The findings indicate the inference of 2 themes (requirements and merits), 9 categories (expertise, justice, aristocracy, staff training, role modeling, transcendent insight, selfesteem, morality, coaching) and 33 subcategories. Conclusion: The concept of educational management from the perspective of highranking police commanders is the requirements and competencies governing managers, which include the components of expertise, justice, aristocracy, staff training, role model, transcendent insight, selfesteem, morality and Is coaching.
