تدوین و اعتبارسنجی الگوی آموزشی سازگاری زوجین خاص زندگی زناشویی پلیس

زمینه و هدف: غنی‌سازی سازگاری، رویکردی آموزشی مبتنی بر آموزش مهارت‌ها به‌منظور ارتقا و بهبود سازگاری زوجین است. این پژوهش با هدف تدوین و اعتبارسنجی الگوی آموزشی غنی سازی سازگاری زندگی زناشویی پلیس صورت گرفته است.روش: پژوهش از حیث ماهیت، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی و از حیث شیوه اجرا، کیفی است. جامعه آماری در بخش اول شامل زوج‌های مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره ناجا بود که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. با 10 زوج که در آزمون سازگاری زناشویی (das) نمره زیاد و 10 زوج که نمره کم کسب کرده بودند، مصاحبه شد. ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه عمیق بود که تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. بخش دوم شامل 10 نفر از اساتید رشته مشاوره حوزه خانواده و خبرگان روان‌شناس ناجا بودند که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی جهت اعتبارسنجی الگوی آموزشی انتخاب شدند. جهت تعیین روایی و پایایی یافته‌ها، از درگیری پیوسته، مشاهده مداوم، وارسی توسط شرکت‌کنندگان و از کمیته راهنما برای ارزیابی و اجرای برنامه مصاحبه استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل یافته‌ها از روش گرندد تئوری استفاده شد.یافته: تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها به شناسایی 109کد باز، 4 کد محوری و 1کد انتخابی منتهی شد. مقولات الگوی آموزشی غنی‌سازی سازگاری زندگی زناشویی پلیس عبارت است از راهبرد سازگاری فردی، راهبرد سازگاری خانواده مبدا، راهبرد سازگاری زوجی، راهبرد سازگاری شغلی بود. ویژگی‌های رفتاری موثر، استرس‌های شغلی، شبکه‌های حمایتی، آموزش مهارت‌های اساسی، عادات شخصیتی مرتبط با شغل پلیس بود و مقوله «سازگاری و ثبات رابطه زوجی» به‌عنوان مقوله هسته‌ای و اصلی در نظر گرفته شد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که غنی سازی زوجین، سازگاری زناشویی و ثبات رابطه زوجی را به همراه داشت. رابطه زوجی در صورت عدم مراقبت همواره در معرض آسیب است. بنابراین مراقبت‌هایی لازم است تا بتوان شاهد حفظ و رشد و شکوفایی آن بود.

Develop and validate an educational model for enriching the adaptation of police marital life

Background and Aim: Adaptation enrichment is an educational approach based on skills training to promote and improve couples’ adjustment. The aim of this study was to develop and validate an educational model for enriching the marital life adjustment of the police. Method: The research was qualitative in nature and practical in terms of implementation, which was done using the grounded theory method. The statistical population in the first part consisted of couples referring to NAJA counseling centers who were selected using purposive and voluntary sampling. 10 couples who scored high on the Marital Adjustment Test (DAS) and 10 couples who scored low were interviewed. The research tool was an indepth interview that continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The second part consisted of 10 professors of family counseling and NAJA psychologists who were selected by purposive sampling and snowball to validate the educational model. To determine the validity and reliability of the findings, continuous involvement, continuous observation, verification by participants and the steering committee were used to evaluate and implement the interview program. Grounded theory method was used to analyze the findings.Results: The analysis of the interviews led to the identification of 109 open codes, 4 central codes and 1 selected code. The categories of the educational model of enriching the police marital adjustment were individual adjustment strategy, source family adjustment strategy, couple adjustment strategy, and job adjustment strategy. The category of &compatibility and stability of marital relationship& was considered as the core nuclear category. Conclusion: The results showed that enrichment of couples resulted in marital adjustment and stability of marital relationship. A couple’s relationship is always vulnerable if left unattended. Therefore, care is needed to witness its preservation, growth and prosperity.
