شناسایی راهبردهای معلمان مراکز پیش‌دبستانی برای آموزش مفاهیم قانون، حق و مسئولیت

زمینه و هدف: مشکلاتی که توسعۀ پایدار اجتماعی را به چالش می کشند، می توانند با آموزش مهارت های شهروندی در اولین محیط ها و تجربیات یادگیری کودکان، به میزان قابل توجهی کاهش یابند. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی راهبردهای معلمان مراکز پیش دبستانی شهرستان ملایر در آموزش مفاهیم قانون، حق و مسئولیت، از مفاهیم کلیدی آموزش شهروندی، است.روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی بود و به روش پدیدارنگاری (تفسیری) اجرا شد. شرکت‌کنندگان در این پژوهش 15 نفر از معلمان پیش‌دبستانی زن با مدرک کارشناسی و سابقۀ کاری بالای 2 سال بودند که در سال 99 در مراکز پیش دبستانی شهرستان ملایر مشغول به کار بودند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبۀ نیمه ساختاریافته بوده است و محتوای مصاحبه‌ها به روش تحلیل مضمون و تحلیل محتوای استقرایی‌، که با کمک نرم‌افزار maxqda مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد راهبردهای معلمان در آموزش مفاهیم حق، قانون و مسئولیت شامل: راهبردهای مشاوره ای، گفتگو، الگودهی، تشویق، درگیر نمودن کودک در فعالیت های دیگر، ایجاد تجربۀ واقعی و مستقیم، آموزش رسمی، بازی و گاه تهدید، محروم و جریمه کردن می شود.نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه راهبردهای متنوعی توسط معلمان مراکز پیش دبستان شهرستان ملایر برای آموزش مفاهیم حق، قانون، و مسئولیت مورد استفاده قرار می گرفت که با نظریات روان‌شناسی تربیتی نیز در ارتباط بودند، اما در استفاده از این راهبردها اثری از خلاقیت و نوآوری مشاهده نشد.

Identifying the strategies of teachers in preschool centers of Malayer city in teaching the concepts of law, right and responsibility

Background Purpose: Problems that challenge sustainable social development can be significantly reduced by teaching citizenship skills in children’s first environments and learning experiences.The purpose of this study was to identify the strategies of teachers in preschool centers in Malayer city in teaching the concepts of law, right and responsibility.Method: This research was descriptive and was conducted by interpretive phenomenology method. Participants in this study were 15 female preschool teachers. They had bachelor’s and more than 2 years of job experience. They were working in preschools center of Malayer city Semistructured interview was data collection tool and the content of the interviews were analyzed by content analysis and inductive content analysis using Maxqda sofeware.Results: The results showed that teachers’ strategies in teaching the concepts of right, law and responsibility include strategies for counseling, dialogue, exemplary, encouragement, engaging the child in other activities, creating direct and real experience, formal education, play, and sometimes, threats, deprivation and compensation.Conclusion: Based on the findings, the research recommendation is to increase the use of more creative and effective methods in teaching concepts of right, law and responsibility
