ضرورت آموزش مبانی قضایی و ارزش‌های اعتقادی در مراکز آموزش ناجا با رویکرد رعایت حقوق شهروندی در یگان‌های انتظامی

زمینه وهدف: ضابطین دادگستری وپلیس در انجام وظایف وتکالیف خود دارای اختیاراتی هستند که می‌تواند حتی منجر به سلب آزادی شهروندان گردد به همین دلیل ضروری است که افرادی که ضابط می‌شوند آموزش‌های لازم را پیرامون این وظایف و تکالیف خود دیده باشند هدف تحقیق شناسایی ایده‌های اولیه و عمیق برای توسعه الگوهایی نظری جهت تحقیقات تجربی آتی براساس یافته‌های کیفی می‌باشد به‌نحوی که بتوان اهمیت آموزش کیفی دروس حقوقی و تشریح ارزش‌های اسلامی در رعایت حقوق شهروندی پس از اتمام دوره آموزشی در یگان‌های اجرایی در برخورد با شهروندان را بررسی کردروش: در این تحقیق از روش تحلیل تماتیک استفاده شده است برای انتخاب نمونه از ترکیب روش‌های هدف‌مند قضاوتی و روش گلوله برفی استفاده شده است که روش غیر احتمالی است.یافته‌ها: برای بررسی جایگاه تربیتی وآموزشی مباحث حقوقی و ارزش‌های اسلامی می‌تواند شامل آموزش اولیه اخلاق اداری، نقش هشدار‌دهنده و آگاهی‌دهنده پلیس، تعامل اجتماعی مردم با پلیس، توسعه دانایی و دانش سازمانی پلیس، پلیس مراقبتی و مشارکت اجتماعی باشد.نتیجه‌گیریآموزش صحیح مباحث حقوقی منطبق با ماموریت‌های سازمانی نیروی انتظامی در تعامل با شهروندان وهمچنین تبیین ارزش‌های اسلامی و الگوسازی در مراکز آموزش ناجا می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز تجلی پلیس مقتدر و مورد وثوق جامعه اسلامی باشد.

The necessity of teaching judicial principles and religious values in naja training centers in observing the citizenship rights of law enforcement agencies

In this method, people who were experts in this field and had the necessary criteria, started and while researching questions, they were asked to introduce other people with opinions in this field and sampling continues until the answers to the interview questions. Duplicate, and after preparing the initial codes and reviewing the subthemes, the main themes created to examine the educational status of legal issues and Islamic values can include basic training in administrative ethics, and police awareness, social interaction with the police, development of organizational knowledge and knowledge Police, care police and social participation.
