studying the development of rural areas in kohgiluyeh and boyer-ahmad province using promethee method

Purpose the cities of kohgiluyeh and boyerahmad province are in a deplorable condition in terms of rural development indices. the proper planning for optimal allocation of resources requires the analysis of development indices in the province, so that we can attain balanced and exhaustive development by capitalizing on existing forces and capacities of the cities to bring about prosperity and happiness for all people. in the present study, in order to identify the current status of development in the province and its rural areas, we have used eight effective criteria and 40 items (subcriteria) to identify and classify rural areas in this city and rural areas.design/methodology/approach this is a descriptiveanalytical study with an applied approach that adopts a regional approach to the geographical area. in order to model the level of development, according to the goals of the research, the development indices of the province were collected based on library resources. after identifying and reviewing the study indices, the weight of each index was determined based on the mathematical models used in the promethee decision making method. finally, the results were entered in gis software and the output maps were drawn.findings the results suggest that boyerahmad city with the highest net output flow is highly developed, followed by basht and lande cities.originality /value this paper is categorized as new rural studies as it investigates 602 villages in kohgiluyeh and boyerahmad province using a promethee decisionmaking method. the results of this study can have many implications for rural planning researchers.

میزان توسعه یافتگی مناطق روستایی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد با استفاده از روش PROMETHEE

شهرستان­های استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد به­لحاظ برخورداری از شاخص­های توسعه یافتگی روستایی در سطح مناسبی قرار ندارند؛ به­گونه­ای که برای برنامه­ریزی مناسب جهت تخصیص بهینه منابع به شناخت میزان برخورداری مناطق استان از شاخص­های توسعه نیازمندیم تا از این طریق بتوان با به­کارگیری نیروها و ظرفیت­های موجود در شهرستان­ها به توسعه­ای متعادل و همه­جانبه برسیم که رفاه و سعادت تمامی افراد را به همراه داشته باشد. بنابرین هدف این پژوهش پاسخ به این سؤال اساسی است که میزان توسعه­یافتگی مناطق روستایی هرکدام از شهرستان­های بویراحمد، کهگیلویه، گچساران، دنا، بهمئی، باشت، چرام و لنده در سطح استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد چگونه است؟روش: در پژوهش حاضر به­منظور مدلسازی میزان توسعه­یافتگی مناطق روستایی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد با استفاده از روش پرامیتی با روش تحقیقی توصیفی – تحلیلی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه در فرایند تحقیق پس از استخراج معیارهای موثر 40 شاخص مرتبط با میزان توسعه روستایی استان تعیین و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. در ادامه با مطالعه پژوهش­های علمی محققان داخلی و خارجی این معیارها در رتبه­بندی هشتگانه به­صورت شاخص­های کلی طبقه­بندی شده و شاخص­های و گزینه­های مورد نظر مورد تحلیل و ارزیابی قرار می­گیرند.یافته­ها: نتایج پژوهش حکایت از آن دارد که شهرستان بویراحمد با بیشترین جریان خالص خروجی از لحاظ میزان توسعه یافتگی بسیار توسعه یافته است، درنهایت شهرستان باشت و لنده در مرتبه بسیار محروم قرار دارند.اصالت و ارزش: این مطالعه از آن حیث که تعداد 602 روستای محدوده مطالعه را با روش تصمیم گیری جدیدی مورد مطالعه قرار می­دهد در بعد مطالعات روستایی جدید است و محققان برنامه­ریزی روستایی می­توانند از یافته­های آن استفاده کنند.
