analysis of livability of rural settlements (case study: villages of kashmar county)

Purpose- this study aimed to determine the constructive components of livable rural communities. to this end, it investigates the status of livability from the viewpoint of rural population in villages of kashmar county. design/methodology/approach- this is a descriptive-analytic study. in the first stage, indicators were extracted by reviewing the relevant literature. then, a questionnaire was developed based on the likert scale. using the cochran formula, 350 samples were selected and were randomly distributed. finally, the data were analyzed using the spss software and employing correlation and friedman tests. finding- the results of the spearman test showed no significant relationship between individual characteristics (age, sex, education) and livability indicators. on the other hand, the results of the friedman test revealed that villages have higher livability in terms of the environmental dimension than other dimensions. in terms of the social dimension, recreation and leisure time indicator had the highest rank from respondents’ viewpoint (5.50), and other indicators were also effective in varying degrees. respondents were more satisfied with public space than other indicators. originality/value - due to the novelty of the subject in iran, and since it has received low attention in the relevant global literature, more time is needed to carry out further studies. the results of this study may be useful for rural officials and planners, rural students and researchers.

تحلیل زیست پذیری سکونتگاه‌های روستایی مطالعه موردی روستاهای شهرستان کاشمر

تحقیق حاضر با هدف تعیین مؤلفه‌های سازنده جوامع روستایی زیست پذیر، بر پایه مطالعات پیشینه بررسی زیست پذیری از دیدگاه ساکنان نواحی روستایی در روستاهای شهرستان کاشمر مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. روش: روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر روشی توصیفی تحلیلی است. در مرحله اول با استفاده از تحلیل محتوایی مطالعات انجام‌شده در سطح جهان، شاخص‌های مربوطه استخراج گردید و در مرحله دوم، پرسشنامه بر اساس طیف پنج مقیاسی لیکرت تنظیم گردید. در ادامه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، تعداد 350 نفر حجم نمونه انتخاب و توزیع نمونه به‌صورت تصادفی صورت گرفته است. در نهایت داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و آزمون های همبستگی و فریدمن تحلیل گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمون اسپیرمن گویای عدم رابطه معنادار بین ویژگی های فردی (سن، جنس، تحصیلات) و شاخص‌های زیست پذیری است. همچنین نتایج آزمون فریدمن نشان داد روستاها در بعد زیست محیطی از زیست پذیری بالاتری نسبت به سایر ابعاد برخوردارند. در بعد اجتماعی نیز بهترین وضعیت زیست پذیری ازنظر پاسخگویان، شاخص تفریح و اوقات فراغت (میانگین رتبه 50/5) است و شاخص های دیگر نیز با درجات متفاوتی مؤثر هستند. پاسخگویان در بعد زیست‌محیطی در رابطه با شاخص فضای عمومی از رضایت بیشتری نسبت به سایر شاخص های آن برخوردارند. اصالت و ارزش: با توجه به نو بودن موضوع تحقیق در کشور و نیز سابقه اندک این موضوع در مطالعات روستایی در سطح جهان، بررسی و پژوهش در این رابطه نیازمند زمان بیشتری می باشد. مسولان و برنامه ریزان روستایی، دانشجویان و پژوهشگران روستایی می توانند از نتایج این تحقیقات استفاده نمایند.
