بررسی تغییرات برخی از شاخص‌های خونی ‏ماهی کپور معمولی (‏cyprinus carpio‏) در ‏وزن‌های مختلف

شرایط محیطی، تغذیه ای، اندازه، سن و ... باعث تغییرات و اثرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم زیادی بر شاخص‌های خونی و سرمی ماهیان در گونه های مختلف می گردد. این تحقیق با هدف تعیین و بررسی تغییرات شاخص‌های خون‌شناسی و برخی از شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی سرم خون ماهی کپور پرورشی (cyprinus carpio) در وزن‌های مختلف انجام پذیرفت. بدین منظور ماهیان کپور پرورشی در دامنه وزنی 500 تا 2000 گرم در 5 گروه متوسط وزنی 500، 700، 1000، 1300 و 1600 گرم مورد بررسی و آنالیز قرار گرفتند. ماهیان مورد مطالعه در یک استخر 2 هکتاری در یکی از مزارع پرورشی شهرستان ساری و در شرایط یکسان پرورش داده شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای انجام آنالیزهای خونی از هرگروه وزنی تعداد 5 عدد ماهی استفاده و خونگیری با روش قطع ورید ساقه دمی انجام پذیرفت. نتایج بررسی شاخص‌های خونی و شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی سرم نشان داد که در وزن‌های مختلف تغییر معنی‌داری در میزان گلبول‌های قرمز، هموگلوبین، هماتوکریت، حجم متوسط گلبول قرمز، غلظت متوسط هموگلوبین گلبولی، غلظت متوسط هموگلوبین گلبول‌های قرمز، گلبول‌های سفید، لنفوسیت، مونوسیت، گرانولوسیت، گلوکز، اوره، تری‌گلیسرید، کلسترول، فسفر، کلسیم، سدیم، پتاسیم، آلبومین و توتال پروتئین مشاهده نشد (p>0.05). نتایج بررسی حاضر نشان داد تغییرات وزن تاثیری بر شاخص‌های خون‌شناسی و برخی از شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی سرم خون ماهی کپور معمولی ندارد.

Investigation of changes in some ‎blood parameters of common ‎carp (Cyprinus carpio) in different ‎weights

Environmental, nutritional, size and age conditions cause many direct and indirect changes in the blood and serum indices of fish in different species. The aim of this study was to determine and evaluate the changes in hematological indicators and some biochemical indicators of Cyprinus carpio blood serum in different weights.  For this purpose, common carp farmed in the weight range of 500 to 2000 g were examined and analyzed in 5 weight groups of 500, 700, 1000, 1300 and 1600 g.  The studied fish were bred and examined in a 2hectare pool in one of the farms of Sari city under the same conditions. To perform blood tests, 5 fish were used in each weight group and blood sampling was performed by cutting the vein of the caudal stem vein. The results of the study of hematological indicators and some serum biochemical indicators showed that in different weights, significant changes in the amount of red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean red blood cell volume, mean hemoglobin concentration, mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration, white blood cells, lymphocyte, monocyte, granulocytes, glucose, urea, triglycerides, cholesterol, phosphorus, calcium, sodium, potassium, albumin, and total protein were not observed (P> 0.05). The results of the present study showed that weight changes did not affect the hematological indicators and some biochemical indicators of common carp blood serum.
