پیشایندهای موثر نهادهای نظارتی اماکن عمومی در امنیت اجتماعی

زمینه و‌ هدف: نهادهای نظارتی با کنترل و نظارت صحیح بر جامعه، زمینه بروز آسیب‌های اجتماعی را از بین برده و نقش بسزایی درافزایش ضریب امنیت اجتماعی دارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی پیشایندهای موثر نهادهای نظارتی اماکن عمومی در امنیت اجتماعی شهرستان ساری است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و از لحاظ رویکرد اجرا کمی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش از مدیران و کارکنان اداره نظارت بر اماکن عمومی استان مازندران بوده‌اند که تحلیل‌ها بر اساس نظرات آن‌ها انجام شده است. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده است که پایایی پرسشنامه 86 درصد به روش آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرارگرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات نیز از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نشان داد که در سطح معنی‌داری 0.000 با اطمینان 95 درصد، ارتباط مثبت معنی‌داری بین نظارت، کنترل و مشارکت بر اماکن عمومی با ارتقاء امنیت اجتماعی شهرستان ساری وجود دارد. ضریب همبستگی بین متغیر امنیت اجتماعی و کنترل (0.821) نسبت به متغیرهای دیگر بیشتر و بعد از آن به ترتیب متغیر مشارکت (759 درصد) و متغیر نظارت (741 درصد) بوده است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد رابطه مثبت معنی‌دار بین پیشایندهای موثر نهادهای نظارتی اماکن عمومی و امنیت اجتماعی شهرستان ساری وجود دارد، یعنی هرچه میزان پیشایندهای نهادهای نظارتی اماکن افزایش یابد، میزان امنیت اجتماعی نیز افزایش پیدا می‌کند. متناسب با وسعت و عمق تعاملات و ارتباطات بین پلیس و افراد جامعه می‌توان به نحو موثری از وقوع گسترده جرائم در سطح جامعه پیشگیری نمود.

the antecedents of effective public place monitoring institutions on social security

background and objective: regulatory institutions, through proper control and supervision of society, eliminate the grounds for social harms and play a significant role in increasing the coefficient of social security. the objective of the present research is to investigate the antecedents of effective public place monitoring institutions on social security in sari county.methods: this study is applied in purpose and, regarding the nature of the data, is descriptive-survey research and quantitative in its approach. the statistical population of the study consisted of managers and staff of the public places monitoring department of mazandaran province, and the analyses were performed based on their opinions. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose reliability was confirmed at 86% using cronbach's alpha. pearson correlation coefficient test was used for data analysis via spss software.findings: the results showed a significant positive relationship at a significance level of 0.000 with 95% confidence between the monitoring, control, and participation concerning public places and the promotion of social security in sari county. the correlation coefficient between the social security variable and control (0.821) was higher than the other variables, followed by the participation variable (0.759) and the monitoring variable (0.741), respectively.conclusion: the results indicate a significant positive relationship between the antecedents of effective public place monitoring institutions and the social security of sari county, meaning that as the level of these antecedents increases, the level of social security also increases. proportionate to the breadth and depth of interactions and communications between the police and the community members, the widespread occurrence of crimes in society can be effectively prevented.
