تحلیلی بر نقش تعاملی کارآگاهان پلیس و مراجع قضایی کیفری در کشف جرم

زمینه و هدف: کشف بسیاری از جرائم، حاصل تعامل و همکاری میان بخش‌های کارآگاهی، پلیس علمی، پزشکی قانونی و دادگستری است. این واحدها با توجه به وظایف مختلفی که در فرایند کشف جرم دارند؛ می‌بایست تعامل، هماهنگی و همکاری تنگاتنگی با یکدیگر داشته باشند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش تعاملی بین کارآگاهان پلیس و مراجع قضایی کیفری در کشف جرائم در مجموعه فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران ترسیم شده است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع پیمایشی و از نظر رویکرد اجرا کمّی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را مدیران و کارکنان پلیس آگاهی فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران تشکیل داده است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌های محقق ساخته تعامل بین کارآگاهان پلیس و مراجع قضایی کیفری و کشف جرم استفاده شده است. روایی پرسشنامه به‌صورت صوری و پایایی آن از طریق تعیین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 0.82 و 0.86 به‌دست آمده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات و داده‌ها از آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، ضریب آماری همبستگی، رگرسیون چندمتغیره و آزمون رتبه‌بندی فریدمن با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد تعامل بین کارآگاهان پلیس و مراجع قضایی کیفری در کشف جرم تاثیر مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، مولفه‌های تعامل بین کارآگاهان پلیس و مراجع قضایی کیفری شامل تعامل آزمایشگاهی، تعامل اطلاعاتی، تعامل عملیاتی و تعامل تحقیقاتی در کشف جرم اثر مثبت و معناداری وجود دارند. نظر به آزمون رتبه‌بندی فریدمن نیز به ترتیب بیشترین میانگین اختصاص به تعامل آزمایشگاهی با میانگین 2.71، تعامل اطلاعاتی با میانگین 2.52، تعامل عملیاتی با میانگین 2.42 و نهایتاً تعامل تحقیقاتی با میانگین 2.34 در کشف جرم بوده است.نتایج: نتایج حاکی از آن است که تعامل کارآگاهان پلیس و مراجع قضایی کیفری در کشف جرم، عنصری حیاتی در فرایند عدالت کیفری است. این تعامل به منظور جمع‌آوری شواهد، انجام تحقیقات و ارائه ادله به دادگاه برای مجازات مجرمان صورت می‌گیرد. 

an analysis of the interactive role of police detectives and criminal judicial authorities in crime detection

background and objective: the detection of many crimes is the result of interaction and collaboration between detective units, forensic police, legal medicine, and the judiciary. given their distinct roles in the crime detection process, these units must maintain close coordination and cooperation. this study aims to examine the interactive role between police detectives and criminal judicial authorities in crime detection within the mazandaran provincial police command.method: this applied research is descriptive-analytical in nature, employing a survey method, and follows a quantitative approach. the statistical population consisted of managers and personnel of the criminal investigation department of the mazandaran provincial police command, with a census sample size of 55 individuals. data were collected using researcher-made questionnaires on the interaction between police detectives and criminal judicial authorities in crime detection. the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through face validity, and its reliability was determined using cronbach's alpha coefficients of 0.82 and 0.86, respectively. data analysis was performed using the kolmogorov-smirnov test, correlation coefficient, multivariate regression, and friedman ranking test via spss software.findings: the findings revealed a significant positive impact of the interaction between police detectives and criminal judicial authorities on crime detection. additionally, the components of this interaction—including laboratory interaction, informational interaction, operational interaction, and investigative interaction—had significant positive effects on crime detection. according to the friedman ranking test, laboratory interaction had the highest mean (2.71), followed by informational interaction (2.52), operational interaction (2.42), and investigative interaction (2.34) in crime detection.conclusion: the results indicate that the interaction between police detectives and criminal judicial authorities is a critical element in the criminal justice process. this collaboration facilitates evidence gathering, investigations, and the presentation of proof in court to ensure the punishment of offenders.
