بررسی اصالت خطوط دستنویس فارسی در جرم‌یابی جعل اسناد

زمینه و هدف: یکی از مهم‌ترین وظایف کارشناسان آزمایشگاه بررسی اسناد پلیس بررسی و اظهار نظر در خصوص اصالت خطوط دستنویس، یا تعیین نویسندۀ آن‌ها است. در همین راستا، مقاله حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت بندی ابعاد و شاخص های مقایسه‌ای در بررسی اصالت خطوط دستنویس فارسی در جرم‌یابی جعل اسناد انجام شده است.روش: این پژوهش از نظر نوع و هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش آمیخته با رویکرد اکتشافی است. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها  از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 18 نفر از کارشناسان آزمایشگاه بررسی اسناد و کارشناسان رسمی دادگستری در رشته تشخیص اصالت خط به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند استفاده شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش در بخش کمی نیز شامل کلیه کارشناسان شاغل درآزمایشگاه بررسی اسناد مرکز تشخیص هویت پلیس آگاهی تهران و همچنین کارشناسان رشته تشخیص اصالت خط کانون کارشناسان رسمی دادگستری استان تهران با سابقه بیش از 10 سال کارشناسی است که به تعداد 47 نفر به سوالات پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند.یافته‌ها: ابعاد بدست آمده در مرحله کیفی شامل 5 بعد و52 شاخص بود، که در مرحلۀ کمی ابعاد «مقایسه کلمات مشابه»، «مقایسه حروف مشابه»، «مقایسه کلیت متن»، «مقایسه اعداد و علائم نگارشی مشابه» و «مقایسه سطرها» به ترتیب دارای بیشترین کاربرد در بررسی و اظهار نظر در خصوص خطوط دستنویس فارسی هستند.نتیجه‌گیری: برای افزایش میزان موفقیت و افزایش دقت و صحت در بررسی اصالت خطوط دستنویس فارسی کارشناسان بررسی اسناد باید از همه ابعاد و مولفه های شناسایی شده بیشترین بهره را ببرند.
