آسیب‌شناسی تیراندازی غیرمجاز در شهرستان ورامین

زمینه و هدف: تیراندازی غیرمجاز یکی از مشکلات و آسیب‌های است که همواره آسایش و امنیت مردم را با مخاطره روبرو می‌سازد. از این رو؛ پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی آسیب‌های عمده تیراندازی غیرمجاز در شهرستان ورامین انجام شده است.روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی با رویکرد کیفی است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش، تعداد 14 نفر از خبرگان فرماندهی انتظامی ویژه شرق استان تهران در سال 1401 بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع هدفمند تا حد اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون و طی فرآیند کدگذاری داده‌ها صورت پذیرفته است.یافته‌ها: آسیب‌های تیراندازی غیرمجاز دارای سه بُعد رفتاری، زمینه‌ای و ساختاری است. بُعد رفتاری، علل، انگیزه و ویژگی‌های فردی و شخصیتی مجرمان و بُعد زمینه‌ای، آسیب‌های فرهنگی – اجتماعی، آسیب‌های محیطی و پیامدها را شامل می‌شود. همچنین بُعد ساختاری شامل همکاری و تعامل دستگاه قضایی با پلیس، امکانات و تجهیزات و اشراف اطلاعاتی در نقاط آلوده است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که مجموعه اقدامات پیشگیرانه وکنترلی فرماندهی انتظامی شهرستان ورامین باعث ارتقاء امنیت عمومی منطقه وکاهش جرم تیراندازی‌های غیرمجاز شده است. از آنجائی که این مسئله از عوامل متعدد رفتاری مجرمان و همچنین زمینه‌های اجتماعی- فرهنگی شهرستان ورامین تاثیر می‌پذیرد، لازم است شورای تامین شهرستان و همچنین نهادهای مردمی نیز در این زمینه همکاری و تلاش لازم را به عمل آورند.
