تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر فرآیند کشف جرائم سازمان‌یافته

زمینه و هدف: امروزه فناوری اطلاعات تاثیر بسزایی در فرآیند جرم ‌یابی در سازمان‌های امنیتی و پلیسی دارد. بر همین اساس، تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر مولفه‌های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در فرآیند کشف جرائم سازمان‌یافته انجام شده است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع و هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و رویکرد پژوهشی، کیفی که به سبک دلفی انجام شده است. به لحاظ استفاده از روش دلفی در طول مراحل پژوهش از دو نوع تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها متناسب با روش تحقیق دلفی استفاده شده است. جامعۀ آماری مشارکت‌کننده در پژوهش از افراد خبرۀ ادارات تخصصی مرتبط با موضوع شامل پلیس آگاهی، سازمان اطلاعات و همچنین پلیس فتا فراجا انتخاب شده است.یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها و سطوح ارزیابی متغیرهای پژوهش بر‌اساس نظر خبرگان و کارشناسان، نشان می‌دهد استقبال کارآگاهان و کارشناسان پلیس‌های تخصصی فراجا در بهره گیری از فناوری اطلاعات در فرآیند کشف جرم در سطح بالایی قرار دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: فناوری اطلاعات نقش بسیار مهمی در ایجاد مزیت رقابتی و بهبود فرآیندهای جرم‌یابی در سازمان‌های پلیسی دارد. این فناوری را باید یکی از منابع مهم سازمان پلیس محسوب کرد. به‌کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات باید از اولویت ‌های نهادهای پلیسی و انتظامی باشد و ضرورت آموزش‌های تخصصی در خصوص رایانه و اینترنت به ماموران پلیس بیشتر آشکار شود.

influence of itc on crime detection process in organized crimes

background and aim: nowadays information technology communication (itc) plays a key role in crime detection process in intelligence and security organizations. the current study seeks to identify the components of itc on crime detection in organized crimes. methodology: the present paper was applied in terms of purpose، delphi in terms of method and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data. participants of the study included experts of police force such as criminal investigation department، intelligence organization and cyber police.findings: the findings of the research according the participants' opinions indicate that police detectives and experts have highly tended to use itc in detection crime process. conclusion: itc has a pivotal role in providing competitive advantage and amending criminalities processes in police organizations. above issue is one of the important resources of the police. using itc should be the priority of the law enforcement forces، therefore necessity of the specialized training computer and internet to the officers has stressed.
