شناسایی ابزارهای نوین تحلیل تراکنش رمزارزها

زمینه و هدف: امروزه با توجه به گستردگی جرائم سایبری حوزه‌ رمزارزها، ابزارهایی تجاری برای ردیابی تراکنش‌ها و شناسایی مالکان آدرس‌های رمزارزها در شرکت‌های خصوصی تولید شده‌ که با بررسی فعالانه و مستمر بلاک‌چین، حساب‌های مرتبط با کیف پول را شناسایی می‌کنند. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی و بررسی ابزارهای نوین برای تحلیل تراکنش‌های رمز‌ارزها است.روش: این پژوهش از نظر نوع و هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی انجام گرفته است. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش را خبرگان و مدیران ارشد پلیس فتا تشکیل می‌دهند که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده و پس از مصاحبه با نُه نفر از مدیران، داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون، تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌اند.یافته‌ها: با بررسی نظرات مدیران ارشد، استادان و کارشناسان فعال در حوزۀ رمزارزها، ابزارهای تجاری و حرفه‌ای و متن باز تحلیل تراکنش رمزارزها در بستر شبکه بلاک‌چین احصاء، استخراج، بررسی و  مشخص شد اطّلاعات مربوط به حوزه‌ تحلیل تراکنش با ابزارهای تجاری و حرفه‌ای به نسبت ابزارها با رویکرد متن باز برای تحلیل تراکنش رمزارزها در بستر بلاک‌چین مناسب است و چون مقادیر (t alue)  تمام مولفه‌های حوزه‌ تحلیل تراکنش رمزارزها بر اساس مدل ضرایب مسیر بیشتر از 0.196 است، بنابراین تمام متغیرها تایید شد. این ابزارها به نسبت ابزارهای متن باز، کارایی بهتری در تحلیل تراکنش رمزارها دارند.نتیجه‌گیری: ابزارهای تحلیل تراکنش رمزارزها برای جرم‌یابی و شناسایی مجرمان در حوزه‌ رمزارزها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردارست و یکی از ابزارهای مهم ضابطان قضایی به‌خصوص پلیس فتا درجهت تحلیل تراکنش‌های رمزارزها، ردگیری انتقالات رمزارزها در شبکه بلاک‌چین و شناسایی کیف پول‌های مجرمان و کلاهبرداران این حوزه و همچنین استفاده‌کنندگان رمزارزها برای پولشویی و خریدوفروش اقلام ممنوع‌ شده، به شمار می‌آید.
