عوامل موثر بر مبارزه با مفاسد اقتصادی مبتنی بر شاخص‌های احصایی از فرامین و رهنمودهای مقام معظم رهبری

زمینه و هدف: مقابله با فساد اقتصادی و برقراری امنیت اقتصادی از چنان اهمیتی در جامعه برخوردار است که تحقیق در این زمینه ضروری است و اثرگذاری در امنیت روانی و اجتماعی و غیره را شامل میشود. لذا هدف اصلی این مقاله احصاء ابعاد و مولفه های اصلی الزامات مبارزه با مفاسد اقتصادی از منظر مقام معظم رهبری است.روش: تحقیق حاضر از حیث هدف کاربردی و از حیث نحوۀ گردآوری داده ها از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی به شمار و در بخش کمّی، به صورت پیمایشی » تحلیل محتوا « می آید؛ روش انجام تحقیق نیز در بخش کیفی، به صورتاست. شیوۀ جمعآوری دادهها در مرحلۀ کیفی، به صورت اسنادی از بیانات معظمله، مطالب مربوط به مفاسد اقتصادی استخراج شده )به صورت تمام شمار( و سپس در مرحلۀ کمی، شاخصهای استخراجی در بین تعداد 27 تن ازصاحب نظران مرتبط با موضوع مورد تحلیل عاملی قرار گرفته و عوامل موثر از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با نرم افزار spss استخراج شدند.یافته ها: با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی دَه عامل موثر، شامل شناخت بسترها و زمینه های بروز فساد، استفاده از نیروهای متعهد و متخصص در مبارزه با فساد، برخورد قاطع و جدی با مفسدان اقتصادی، توجه به نقش مردم در مبارزه با فساد، اولویت برخورد با دانه درشت ها، پیچیدگی و سختی مبارزه با فساد، اولویت مبارزه با فساد در درون حاکمیت و تبانی با مفسدان اقتصادی شناسایی شدند.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، عامل شناخت بسترها و زمینه های بروز فساد، بیشترین تاثیر و اهمیت را در مبارزه با مفاسد اقتصادی از منظر مقام معظم رهبری داشته است که شناسایی بسترها و زمینه های بروز فساد اقتصادی و تلاش در جهت بستن راههای فسادزا مورد تاکید این پژوهش است.

factor analysis of requirements and factors affecting the fight against economic corruption based on statistical indicators from the commands and guidelines of the supreme leader

background and purpose:combating economic corruption and establishing economic security is so important in society that research in this field is necessary.therefore, the main purpose of this article is to enumerate the main dimensions of the requirements for combating economic corruption from the perspective of the supremeleader.therefore,by examining his majesty’s point of view in the present study, we seek to achieve the research goal. method: the present research is considered as an exploratory mix in terms of practical purpose and interms of data collection method.the research method is qualitative in the form of &content analysis& and in the quantitative part is survey.method of data collection in the qualitative stage, the material related to economic corruption was extracted as a document from the statements of his holiness.and then in a quantitative stage, the extracted indicators were analyzed by factors and factors were extracted.the statistical population of this research is the qualitative section, documents and written and audio sources of the speeches of the supreme leader, which have been studied and analyzed in full, and 88 experts related to the subject of the statistical community constitute a small part give.finally exploratory factor analysis with spss software has been used to identify the factors.results:among the research data, using exploratory factor analysis ten effective factors were identified and the result showed that the first factor identifying the contexts and areas of corruption with a specific value of 8.406, had the most impact and importance among other factors. in total, it covered 25% of the variance of the population.conclusion:since the fight against economic corruption and corrupters is of great importance in society based on the research findings and the variables identified in this study, practical suggestions such as identifying the contexts and areas of economic corruption and trying toclose the way corruption is presented.
