الگوی تحلیل شخصیت جنایی مجرمان جرائم خشن در جرم‌یابی

زمینه و هدف: مطالعات نشان می‌دهد که ویژگی شخصیت، رابطۀ عمیقی با ارتکاب جرم و جنایت دارد. یکی از راهبردهای پلیس در جرم‌یابی جرائم خشن، تحلیل شخصیت جنایی مجرمان است. در همین راستا، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی تحلیل شخصیت جنایی مجرمان جرائم خشن در جرم‌یابی بود.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها از نوع پژوهش‌های آمیخته است. جامعۀ آماری در بخش کیفی، اساتید روان‌شناسی، جرم‌شناسی و جرم‌یابی به تعداد هفده نفر بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری و در بخش کمّی تعداد 81 نفر از خبرگان فراجا به‌صورت تمام شمار انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته و پرسش‌نامه گردآوری شده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های کیفی با روش تحلیل تم و داده‌های کمّی با روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی با کمک نرم‌افزار lisrel انجام گرفت.یافته‌ها: برابر یافته‌های پژوهش، الگویی که متناسب با تحلیل شخصیت جنایی مجرمان خشن است، شامل چهار بُعد برون‌گرایی با سه مولفه، بُعد ناسازگاری با دو مولفه، بُعد روان‌رنجوری با سه مولفه و بعد روان‌پریشی با چهار مولفه به دست آمد که بُعد ناسازگاری بیشترین سهم تاثیرگذاری در شخصیت جنایی مجرمان خشن را دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: الگوی تدوین شده به‌عنوان یک روش علمی و نظام‌مند در جرم‌یابی جرائم خشن با هدف‌مندی افزایش دقت، کاهش زمان کشف جرم، هدایت فرآیند تعقیب و تحقیق، تعیین شیوه‌های متناسب در بازجویی و کاهش میزان وقوع جرائم خشن مورد تاکید است.

the pattern of criminal character analysis of violent crime offenders in criminalization

background and aim: studies show that personality traits are deeply related to crime. one of the police strategies in criminalizing violent crimes is to analyze the criminal personality of the perpetrators. the main purpose of this study was to provide a pattern for analyzing the criminal personality of violent crime offenders in criminalization.method: the present study is mixed in terms of applied purpose, in terms of data collection method. the statistical population was 17 professors of psychology and criminology by purposive sampling method based on the principle of theoretical saturation and in a small number of 81 naja experts who were selected in full. two semi-structured interview tools and a questionnaire were used to collect data. in qualitative analysis, open coding was used, in quantitative analysis, lisrel software was used.findings: the pattern that is appropriate for the analysis of criminal personality of violent criminals includes four dimensions; extraversion with three components, dimension of incompatibility with two components, dimension of neurosis with four components and dimension of psychosis with four components. has it.conclusion: the pattern developed as a scientific and systematic method in criminalizing violent crimes with the aim of increasing accuracy, reducing crime detection time, guiding the prosecution and investigation process, determining appropriate methods of interrogation and reducing the incidence of violent crimes is emphasized.
