تبیین جامعه‌شناختی نقش میانجیگری توسعۀ اجتماعی در تاثیرگذاری سازۀ حکمرانی خوب بر میزان همگرایی اقوام

زمینه و هدف: هویت قومی و تشدید و برجستگی آن، یکی از مسائل اجتماعی مهم کشورهای چند قومیتی است. اهمیت این مسئله، به‌ویژه در کشورهای درحال‌توسعه ازجمله ایران بیشتر است. بر این اساس، این مطالعه باهدف تبیین جامعه‌شناختی نقش میانجیگری توسعۀ اجتماعی در میزان تاثیر سازۀ حکمرانی خوب بر همگرایی قومی در شهر ارومیه انجام شده است.روش: روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی بوده و جامعۀ آماری آن شامل کلیۀ‌ شهروندان بالای بیست سال شهر ارومیه است که براساس فرمول کوکران 970 نفر از آن‌ها به شیوۀ نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده برای مطالعه انتخاب شده‌اند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری و توسط نرم‌افزارهای spss و lisrel تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: میانگین درصدی همگرایی قومی برابر با 47.2، حکمرانی خوب برابر با 64.2 و توسعۀ اجتماعی برابر با 44.5 است. حکمرانی خوب رابطۀ مثبت و معنی‌داری با همگرایی قومی و همچنین رابطۀ معنادار و مستقیم با توسعۀ اجتماعی دارد. همچنین توسعۀ اجتماعی با همگرایی قومی رابطۀ معنادار دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: میانجی بودن توسعۀ اجتماعی در رابطۀ بین حکمرانی خوب و همگرایی قومی تایید شد. نتایج مدل مسیر همگرایی قومی نیز نشان داد که در تبیین همگرایی اقوام وابسته تاثیر حکمرانی خوب بیش از ابعاد توسعۀ اجتماعی است.

sociological explanation of the mediating role of social development in the impact of good governance on the degree of ethnic convergence in urmia

background and aim: ethnic identity and its intensification is one of the important social issues of multiethnic countries. this is especially important in underdeveloped countries. therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of explaining sociologically the mediating role of social development in the impact of good governance on ethnic convergence.method: the research method of this research is survey and the statistical population includes all citizens over 20 years of age in urmia. according to cochran’s formula, 970 of them have been selected by simple random sampling. data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by spss and lisrel software.results: the average percentage of ethnic convergence is equal to 47.2, good governance is equal to 64.2, social development is equal to 44.5. good governance has a positive and significant relationship with ethnic convergence as well as a significant and direct relationship with social development. social development also has a significant relationship with ethnic convergence.conclusion: the mediation of social development in the relationship between good governance and ethnic convergence was confirmed. the results of the ethnic convergence path model also showed that in explaining the convergence of dependent ethnic groups, the impact of good governance is more than the dimensions of social development.
