تحلیل محتوای صفحات شبکۀ اجتماعی اینستاگرام فارسی بی ‌بی ‌سی

زمینه و هدف: حکومت‌ها بر تاثیرگذاری شبکه‌های اجتماعی در هدایت افکار عمومی اذعان دارند. سهولت ارتباط در این شبکه‌ها، به رسانه‌های بیگانه امکان ارتباط مستقیم با مخاطبان و هدایت افکار عمومی را داده است. پژوهش پیش‌رو به تحلیل پست‌های شبکه خبری بی‌بی‌سی در اینستاگرام فارسی پرداخته است تا انگیزه و اهداف خبری این خبرگزاری در چهار حوزۀ سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی مشخص شود.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی تحلیلی و روش آن تحلیل محتواست. جامعۀ آماری، پست‌های بارگذاری شدۀ اینستاگرام بی‌بی‌سی فارسی و حجم نمونه، پست‌های ماه دسامبر (10 آذر الی 10 دی‌ماه 1399) است. واحد تحلیل، گزاره‌ها، کلمات و متن کامل پست‌های خبری است که به کمک نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا، تجزیه و تحلیل و سپس دسته‌بندی شده است. روایی یافته‌ها از نظر سایر خبرگان (تکنیک تثلیث) و پایایی با نظر خبرگان به دست آمده است.یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، پست‌های بارگزاری شده در ابعاد چهارگانه، دارای دوازده مضمون سیاسی، پنج مضمون اجتماعی، پنج مضمون اقتصادی و شش مضمون فرهنگی است.نتیجه‌گیری: محتوای اکثر پست‌های خبری بی‌بی‌سی فارسی در ابعاد ذکر شده، دارای وجه منفی و ویژگی‌هایی است که برای حوزۀ نظم و امنیت تهدیدآمیز است که لازم است تحلیل مستمر محتوای این شبکه‌ها در حوزه‌های مختلف صورت پذیرد تا مانع از غافلگیری در رویدادهای اجتماعی و سیاسی تهدیدکنندۀ نظم و امنیت شود.

Content Analysis of Persian Instagram page of BBC

Background and Aim: Governments confess the influence of social media in guiding public opinion. The way of communication on these networks has allowed foreign media to communicate directly on the audiences and guide their public opinion. The current study has analyzed the BBC News on Persian Instagram to determine the motivation and news goals of this news agency in four areas: political, social, economic and cultural.Methodology: The present paper was applied in terms of purpose, descriptiveanalytical in terms of nature and its method was content analysis. Uploaded Instagram posts in Persian BBC page was as statistical population and sample was considered as December (2020) posts. The unit of analysis, words and the full text of news were analyzed by MaxQDA software. The validity had been obtained by other experts (triangulation technique) and the reliability had been obtained by experts. Findings: Findings indicates that the uploaded posts in four dimensions have12 political themes, 5 social themes, 5 economic themes and 6 cultural themes.Conclusion: The most contents of the BBC Persian news posts in the aforementioned dimensions have a negative aspect and includes features that are threatening order and security. It is necessary to control the content of this networks in various areas continuously in order to prevent surprising those events which threat security.
