بررسی عوامل موثر بر فقدانی افراد و راهکارهای پیشگیری از آن

زمینه و هدف: فقدانی افراد، از عوامل زمینه‌ای زیادی تاثیر می‌پذیرد و پیامدهای منفی زیادی برای فرد و نظم اجتماعی جامعه دارد. از این‌رو، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر فقدانی افراد در شرق استان تهران و ارائه راهکارهای پیشگیری از آن انجام ‌شده‌ است.روش: این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی که با روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع پیمایش انجام‌ شده است. جامعۀ آماری آن را فرماندهان، مدیران و کارشناسان فرماندهی انتظامی ویژه شرق استان تهران‌ که در خصوص فقدانی افراد، تجربه و دانش کافی داشته‌اند، تشکیل داده که 260 نفر به شیوۀ تصادفی ساده انتخاب ‌شده‌اند و برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته‌ایی که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفته، استفاده ‌شده و از طریق  نرم‌افزار spss، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.یافته‌ها: برابر نتایج آزمون رگرسیون ساده، عوامل جنایی با مقدار بتای 0.497، عوامل اقتصادی با مقدار بتای 0.372عوامل حادثه‌ای با مقدار بتا 0.347، عوامل فردی با مقدار بتای 0.338 و عوامل اجتماعی با مقدار بتای 0.300، به ترتیب بر فقدانی افراد تاثیر داشته‌اند که نتایج آزمون مدل نظری پژوهش با استفاده از رگرسیون چند متغیره مشخص کرد، عوامل اجتماعی، جنایی و فردی بر فقدانی افراد تاثیر بالایی دارند و عوامل اقتصادی و حادثه‌ای با توجه به تاثیر پایین از مدل خارج شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: در آزمون رگرسیون ساده، همۀ عوامل رابطۀ مستقیم و مثبت با فقدانی افراد دارند؛ یعنی با کاهش شرایط برای ایجاد این عوامل، فقدانی افراد، کاهش و با افزایش شرایط برای ایجاد این عوامل، فقدانی افراد افزایش می‌یابد. اما در آزمون مدل پژوهش، عوامل اجتماعی، جنایی و فردی دارای تاثیر معنا‌دار بر فقدانی افراد هستند.

An Examination of the Factors Affecting Persons' Missing and Preventive Approaches

Background and Aim: Missing person has been influenced by contextual factors and it leads to negative consequences for the person and social order of the society. This paper attempts to Survey the influencing factors on missing persons and its preventative approaches in the east of Tehran province.Methodology: The current essay is applied in terms of purpose practical, in terms of implementation method, analytical using survey method. statistical population consists of the commanders, managers and practitioners of the East of Tehran police commander headquarter that have fully experienced in the field of missing person. Therefore, 260 persons of them have been selected based on a random sample, and in terms of data colleting, questionnaire which its validity and reliability has been confirmed is used. data has been analyzed by SPSS.Findings: According to the regression test, the following factors have been calculated and based on their Beta respectively influence on the missing person are as follow:criminal factors (0.497), economic factors (0.372), accidental factors (.347), personal factors (.338), and social factors (.300). in addition, the results of multiple regression test analysis in accordance with the theoretical model of the study, that indicate the social, criminal and individual factors, have the most important effect on the missing person and the economic and accidental factors, due to their minor effect, were exclude from the model.Conclusion: Based on the results of regression analysis, there is a direct and positive relation between the aforementioned factors and missing person, which means the decrease of situation relating to these factors leads to reduction of missing person rate and vice versa. Thus, in theoretical model test, social, criminal and individual factors have the significant impact on the missing person rate.
