تحلیل عوامل محیطی موثر بر میزان جرائم شهری در راستای خلق فضایی ایمن و پیاده‌مدار

زمینه و هدف: از آنجا که جرائم در بستر مکان رخ می‌دهند، طراحی مناسب محیط که در قالب معماری و شهرسازی نمود می‌یابد، می‌تواند راه‌حل مناسبی در پیشگیری از وقوع جرم باشد. هدف این تحقیق، تحلیل عوامل محیطی موثر بر میزان جرائم شهری در راستای خلق فضایی ایمن و پیاده‌مدار در محدودۀ مطالعاتی حوزۀ میدان امام خمینی تهران براساس مدل سوات است.روش: تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی – تحلیلی انجام و معیارهای به دست آمده براساس مدل سوات مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. برای تکمیل اطلاعات به دست آمده، پرسشنامه‌ای با جامعۀ آماری تعداد 30 نفره از بین مدیران قبلی و فعلی شهری، پژوهشگران و کارشناسان شهری برای وزن‌دهی و امتیازدهی وضع موجود برای تمامی عوامل داخلی و خارجی در چهار حوزۀ کاربری زمین، حرکت و دسترسی، کالبدی و منظر شهری ترتیب داده شده است.یافته‌ها: در حوزۀ نظام کالبدی، مهم‌ترین ضعف، عامل تراکم با امتیاز وزن‌دار 0.2، مهم‌ترین قوت، عامل وجود مجموعه‌های فضایی، کانون‌ها و فضاهای شاخص (میدان‌ها و خیابان‌های قدیمی) با امتیاز وزن‌دار 0.664، مهم‌ترین فرصت، عامل احیای استخوان‌بندی اصلی تاریخی و ارزش‌های نهفته در تک بناها، بدنۀ محورها و فضاهای عمومی با امتیاز وزن‌دار 0.664 و مهم‌ترین تهدید، عامل عدم توجه به حفاظت و مرمت نواحی تاریخی و بناهای ارزشمند با امتیاز وزن‌دار 0.166 است.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، مهم‌ترین زیرمعیارها شامل استخوان‌بندی فضایی، نظام بلوک و قطعه‌بندی زمین و فرسودگی بافت است و روشنایی محیط، فرسودگی بافت، تنوع کاربری‌های گوناگون و افزایش کیفیت شبکۀ معابر در کاهش وقوع جرائم شهری منطقۀ مورد مطالعه تاثیرگذار است.

Analyzing of environmental factors effect on urban crimes for creating a safe space

Background and Aim: As crimes are committed in the context of a society, therefore proper urban design based on architecture can be a preventative measure for committing crimes. This study is to identify the analyzing of environmental factors effect on urban crimes for creating a safe space in accordance with SWOT model and have been implemented in Emam Khomeini square.Research methodology: The current study is applied in terms of research method Analytical Method based on SWOT model. data collection tool is a questionnaire and the statistical population includes of 30 persons who have been selected among present and former urban managers and researchers, experts of urban affairs, they have evaluated internal and external factors of urban situation in 4 dimensions consist of land use, movement and access, physical and urban landscape.Findings: In urban physical system, the most important weakness is related to density factor gained the score of 0.2, the most important strength is for the factor of existence of spatial sets, centers and spaces (old squares and streets) and its score  is 0.664, the most important opportunity belongs to the factor of reconstructing main and historical configuration and hidden values of exclusive buildings and its  score is 0.664, and the most important threat evaluated as the lack of  restoration of historical buildings which gained the score of 0.166.Conclusion: According to the results of the present research, the most significant subcriteria are spatial configuration, blocking arrangement, land fragmentation erosion. therefore, ambient light, various uses and increasing the quality of the road network are effective elements which reducing the rate of urban crime in the study area.
