پیش بینی روند کشفیات سلاح جنگی و شکاری در استان های غربی کشور

زمینه و هدف: قاچاق سلاح از مرزهای غرب کشور به دلیل سود سرشار حاصل از آن مورد توجه سوداگران و به دلیل اهمیت این مقوله در امنیت جامعه، مورد حمایت جبهۀ استکبار است. هدف از انجام پژوهش، پیش‌بینی روند کشفیات سلاح غیرمجاز در استان‌های غربی کشور به‌‌منظور در پیش گرفتن برنامه‌های مناسب پیشگیرانه است.روش: روش این تحقیق، ترکیبی از روش کتابخانه‌‌‎ای و میدانی است و سعی شده است با تحلیل گروه‌‌های زمانی، رفتار کشف سلاح در استان‌‌های غربی کشور مورد تحلیل قرار گیرد. جامعۀ موردمطالعه، آمارهای مستخرج از گزارش‌های خبری ناجا با عنوان «اخبار و وضعیت امنیتی غرب کشور» به تعداد شصت جلد به صورت ماهانه است. با استفاده از روش سری‌های زمانی و مدل پیش‌بینی arima، الگوهای موردنظر طراحی و براساس آن الگوها، کشفیات احتمالی در سال 1399 مشخص شده است.یافته‌ها: با توجه به آمار و ارقام احتمالی کشفیات سلاح در استان‌های غربی کشور در سال 1399 و وضعیت رشد کشفیات سلاح در این استان‌ها نسبت به سال قبل، در اکثر موارد پیش‌بینی کشفیات سلاح در استان‌های غربی با افزایش تعداد نسبت با سال قبل مواجه است.نتیجه‌گیری: آمار پیش‌بینی‌شده و احتمالی در همۀ استان‌های غربی نسبت به سال 1398 با درصد مشخصی در هر استان ضریب افزایشی را نشان داده و این امر می‌تواند نشانۀ افزایش تلاش قاچاقچیان سلاح در این استان‌‌ها باشد که لازم است با روش‌های پیشگیرانه نسبت به مقابله با آن اقدام کرد.

Predicting the process of discovering weapons of war and hunting in the western provinces of the country

Background and aim: Arms smuggling from the western borders of the country is supported by traders because of its huge profits and because of the importance of this issue in the security of society, it is supported by the arrogant front. The purpose of this study was to predict the trend of detection of illegal weapons in the western provinces of the country in order to adopt appropriate preventive programs.Method: It is a combination of library and field methods and has tried to analyze the behavior of weapons detection in the western provinces of the country by analyzing time groups. The study population is 60 volumes of statistics extracted from NAJA news reports entitled News and Security Situation in the West of the Country. Using time series method and ARIMA prediction model, the desired patterns were designed and based on those patterns, the possible discoveries of 1399 were identified.findings: Considering the possible statistics of weapons discoveries in the western provinces of the country in 1399 and the growth of weapons discoveries in these provinces compared to the previous year, in most cases the forecast of weapons discoveries in the western provinces is increasing compared to the previous year.Conclusion: Predicted and probable statistics in all western provinces compared to 1398 with a certain percentage in each province show an increasing coefficient and this can be a sign of increased efforts of arms smugglers in these provinces. It is necessary to deal with it with preventive methods.
