استفاده از مصاحبۀ شناختیِ نوین با قربانیان و شاهدانِ جرائم در ارتقای حقوق درمانی

زمینه و هدف: هنگامی که جرم اتفاق می‌افتد، هدف اولیۀ پلیس، حل جرم و ادراک این جنایت است. این پژوهش با هدف نقش مصاحبۀ پلیس در حل جرم و ارتقای سلامت روان‌شناختی قربانیان و شهود انجام می‌شود. در پژوهش حاضر، پروتکل مصاحبۀ شناختی به عنوان روشی برای تحقق این اهداف معرفی شد.روش: این پژوهش به دو صورت میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای صورت گرفت. جامعۀ پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیۀ پرونده‌ها و مصاحبۀ جاری در حالِ انجام پلیس آگاهی تهران بزرگ (آگاهی فاتب) و نمونۀ پژوهش حاضر شامل 20 مصاحبۀ جاری در حالِ انجام پلیس در نیمۀ دوم سال 97 بود که این نمونه به شیوۀ هدفمند انتخاب شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل‌ها حاکی از این بود که در مصاحبه‌های مرسوم بازجویی پلیس از شاهدان و قربانیان، مواردی از مصاحبۀ ایده‌آل و مطلوب همچون منابع ذهنی محدود، پرسشگری سازگار با شاهد، بازیابی چندگانه، دست‌کم گرفتن یادآوری سازا و مشارکت فعال شاهد وجود داشت و مصاحبه‌های صورت گرفته از این نظر مطلوب به نظر می‌رسیدند.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه قربانیان و شاهدان، مهم‌ترین منبع اصلی برای حل پرونده‌های جنایی هستند، اخذ اطلاعات از آن‌ها باید به‌صورت کاملاً حرفه‌ای و با مهارت بالا انجام شود و بازپرس‌های پلیس باید به بهترین شکل ممکن تربیت شوند. لذا شایسته است این حوزه به‌صورت مستمر در حال آموزش، پیشرفت و توسعه باشد.

Using modern cognitive interview for questioning victims and witnesses of crimes to promote medical rights

Background and Aim: When a crime occurs, the primary goal of the police is to find a criminal and solve the crime. The current study is to identified the role of police questioning for solving crime and promote psychological health of victims and witnesses. In the present study, cognitive interview protocol is introduced as a way to achieve these goals.Methodology: The present article was conducted in both field and library research methods in a Purposive Sampling. The statistical population included all cases and current questioning conducted by the Tehran Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Police during the second half of 2018(1397) and the sample consisted of 20 ongoing interrogations conducted by the police at that time.Findings: The results of the analysis show that police interrogation of witnesses and victims, has had samples of ideal and desirable interviews such as limited mental resources, consistent questioning of the witness, multiple retrieval and there was constructive reminders and active participation of the witness, and the interviews conducted seemed favorable in this regard.Conclusion: As victims and witnesses are vital clues for resolving criminal cases, collecting information should be done professionally and police investigators must be trained in the best possible way. Therefore, it is necessary to be continuously training, progressing and developing.
