فضای مجازی و ارتکاب جرائم علیه عفت و اخلاق عمومی

زمینه و هدف: در سال های اخیر فضای مجازی، از جمله عواملی بوده که نقش بسیار زیادی در ارتکاب جرائم علیه عفت و اخلاق عمومی در جامعه داشته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل نقش فضای مجازی در ارتکاب جرائم علیه عفت و اخلاق عمومی انجام شد. روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ روش توصیفی و از لحاظ گرد آوری آمار و اطلاعات به صورت میدانی از طریق پرسشنامه تهیه شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تمامی مدیران و افسران ارشد پلیس اطلاعات و امنیت عمومی و پلیس فتای استان آذربایجان غربی و به تعداد 78 نفر بوده که به صورت تمام شمار به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار spss و آزمون های آماری خی دو و فریدمن استفاده گردید. یافته‌ ها: یافته‌ ها نشان داد که اشتراک محتوا در خصوص تحریک، تشویق، ترغیب، تهدید یا دعوت به فساد و فحشاء و ارتکاب جرائم منافی عفت یا انحرافات جنسی، تبلیغات محتوا در خصوص تشریفات و تجملات نامشروع و غیرقانونی، هموارسازی مسیر در جهت تحریک، تشویق، ترغیب، تهدید یا تطمیع افراد به دستیابی به محتویات مستهجن و مبتذل و درنهایت انتشار، توزیع و معامله محتوای خلاف عفت عمومی دارای نقش بسزایی در ارتکاب جرائم علیه عفت و اخلاق عمومی هستند. نتیجه‏گیری: نتایچ نشان داد که در بین ابعاد تحقیق، بیش‌ترین نقش در ارتکاب جرائم علیه عفت و اخلاق عمومی مربوط به مولفه اشتراک محتوا در خصوص تحریک، تشویق، ترغیب، تهدید یا دعوت به فساد و فحشاء و ارتکاب جرائم منافی عفت یا انحرافات جنسی با میانگین 3.74 و کمترین نقش در ارتکاب جرائم علیه عفت و اخلاق عمومی مربوط به مولفۀ تبلیغات محتوا در خصوص تشریفات و تجملات نامشروع و غیرقانونی با میانگین 1.01 هست.

Cyberspace and Committing Crimes against Chastity and Public Morality

Background and aim: In recent years, cyberspace has been one of the factors that have played a great role in committing crimes against public chastity and ethics. This study aimed to analyze the role of cyberspace in committing crimes against chastity and public morality. Research methodology: The purpose of this study was applied in terms of purpose, in terms of descriptive method and in terms of collecting statistics and field data through questionnaire. The statistical population of the study consisted of all senior managers and officers of the General Information and Security Police of the West Azarbaijan Police and 78 fatwas who were selected as the sample of the study. Spss software was used for data analysis. Findings: Findings showed that sharing content regarding incitement and / or encouragement and / or persuasion and / or threatening or calling for corruption and prostitution and committing crimes against chastity or sexual perversion, Content advertisements regarding illegitimate and illegal rituals and luxuries, paving the way for inciting and / or encouraging and / or persuading and / or threatening or enticing people to access obscene and vulgar content and ultimately dissemination, distributing and dealing with indecent content have played a significant role in committing crimes against public decency and morality. Conclusion: The results showed that among the dimensions of research, the most roles in committing crimes against chastity and public ethics related to the content sharing component of inciting, encouraging, persuading, threatening or inviting corruption and prostitution and committing offenses or abusive offenses. Sex with a mean of 3.74 and the least role in committing crimes against chastity and ethics related to the content advertising component of illicit and illicit rituals and luxuries with a mean of 1.01.
