چالش‌های امنیتی شبکۀ اجتماعی کوچ‌سرفینگ

زمینه و هدف: یکی از سایت‌های فعال در فضای مجازی، کوچ سرفینگ است که به عنوان یک شبکۀ اجتماعی «مهمان‌نوازی رایگان» فعال است. از آنجا که استفاده از این شبکۀ‌ اجتماعی مانند هر ابزار ارتباطی نوین شامل تهدیدها و فرصت‌های مختلف است، در این پژوهش، چالش‌های امنیتی محتمل از رهگذر فعالیت این شبکۀ اجتماعی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته ‌است. روش: رویکرد پژوهش، مبتنی بر روش‌شناسی کیفی است. جمعیت مورد مطالعه شامل اعضای ایرانی شبکۀ اجتماعی کوچ سرفینگ بوده است. با توجه به ماهیت کیفی پژوهش، از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند برای انتخاب مشارکت‌کنندگان استفاده شده و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافته است. در نهایت، محتوای مصاحبه‌ها با فنون تحلیل محتوای کیفی به ویژه تکنیک تحلیل مضمون، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل و تفسیر قرار گرفته است. یافته ‌ها: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، گذشته از کاربردهای مثبت استفاده از این شبکۀ اجتماعی، اکثر اعضای ایرانی آن، از عدم اطمینان نسبت به سایر کاربران سایت به دلیل اطلاعات ناکافی موجود در سایت گلایه‌مند بودند. همچنین، احتمال سوء‌استفاده‌های اطلاعاتی و امنیتی از گردشگران از مواردی بود که کاربران نسبت به آن اذعان داشتند. نتیجه ‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، در عین حال که باید به وجوه مثبت و منفی و فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای این شبکۀ اجتماعی به‌طور هم‌زمان توجه داشت، نیاز به آموزش و آگاه‌سازی کاربران شبکه‌های اجتماعی مانند کوچ‌سرفینگ از موارد ضروری برای مقابله با تهدیدهای امنیتی محسوب می‌شود.

CouchSurfing Social Network Security Challenges

Background and aim: One of the active sites in cyberspace is CouchSurfing, which operates as a free hospitality social network. Because the use of this social network, like any new communication tool, involves various threats and opportunities, in this study, potential security challenges through the activity of this social network have been studied. Research methodology: The research approach is based on qualitative methodology. The study population included Iranian members of the CouchSurfing social network. Due to the qualitative nature of the research, purposive sampling method was used to select participants and continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Finally, the content of the interviews has been analyzed and interpreted using qualitative thematic analysis techniques, especially content analysis techniques. Findings: According to the research findings, in addition to the positive uses of this social network, most of its Iranian members complained of lack of confidence in other users of the site due to insufficient information available on the site. Also, the possibility of information and security abuses of tourists was one of the issues that users acknowledged. Conclusion: The results show that while the positive and negative aspects and opportunities and threats of this social network should be considered at the same time, the need to educate and inform social network users such as surfing alley is essential to deal with security threats.
