تاثیر پلیس اطلاعات پایه بر جرم‌یابی سایبری

زمینه و هدف: ویژگی‌های محیط سایبر از قبیل عدم وابستگی به زمان و مکان خاص، امکان تحصیل هویت‌های گوناگون، گمنامی و سهولت انجام اعمال مختلف، بستر مساعدی برای ظهور جرائم سایبری به وجود آورده است و رویکرد پلیس اطلاعات پایه از طریق مدیریت منابع، افزایش سرعت و دقت عملیات پلیسی و افزایش اعتماد عمومی می‌تواند در جرم‌یابی سایبری نقش ایفا کند. لذا این تحقیق، با هدف بررسی تاثیر پلیس اطلاعات پایه بر جرم‌یابی سایبری انجام پذیرفته است.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا، پیمایشی از نوع توصیفی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کارشناسان و متخصصان پلیس فتا ناجا به تعداد 65 نفر تشکیل می دهند که به صورت تمام شمار انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که پایایی آن از طریق محاسبۀ ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و روایی آن با روش محتوایی تایید شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و پاسخ به سوال‌های پژوهش نیز از آزمون تی تک نمونه استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد پلیس اطلاعات پایه بر جرم‌یابی سایبری تاثیر مثبت دارد که در چهار بعد منابع انسانی پلیس اطلاعات پایه، منابع اطلاعاتی درون سازمانی، منابع اطلاعاتی برون سازمانی و منابع اطلاعاتی فناوری و فضای مجازی پلیس اطلاعات پایه مورد بررسی و تایید قرار گرفت.نتیجه‌گیری: به‌منظور موفقیت هرچه بیشتر در ماموریت جرم‌یابی سایبری، توجه به منابع انسانی، منابع اطلاعاتی درون سازمانی، منابع اطلاعاتی برون سازمانی و منابع اطلاعاتی فناوری و فضای مجازی پلیس اطلاعات پایه امری ضروری است.

The Influence of BasicInformation Police on Cybercrime

Background and Aim: The characteristics of the cyber environment, such as not being dependent on a specific time and place, the possibility of acquiring different identities, anonymity and ease of performing various actions, have created a favorable environment for the emergence of cybercrime. The basic information police approach can play a role in cybercrime by managing resources, increasing the speed and accuracy of police operations, and increasing public trust. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the effect of basic information police on cybercrime.Method: The method of the present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of this research consists of 65 experts and specialists of FATA NAJA police who were selected in full. The data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire whose reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and its validity was confirmed by content method. Onesample ttest was used to analyze the data and answer the research questions.Findings: Findings of this study showed that basic information police has a positive effect on cybercrime, which was examined and confirmed in four dimensions of basic information police human resources, internal information resources, external information resources and information technology and cyberspace of basic information police.Conclusions: In order to be as successful as possible in a cybercrime mission, it is essential to pay attention to human resources, intraorganizational information resources, extraorganizational information resources, and information technology and cyberspace information base.
