تحلیل پیامدهای فروش پهپادهای ایرانی به روسیه و تاثیر آن بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل پیامدهای فروش پهپادهای ایرانی به فدراسیون روسیه و تاثیر آن بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام شد. پژوهش مبتنی بر چارچوب نظری واقع‌گرایی و نظریه‌های مکمل امنیت ملی چندبُعدی، روابط اقتصادی بین‌الملل و امنیت انسانی طراحی گردید. داده‌های کیفی از منابع علمی، گزارش‌های راهبردی و اسناد رسمی گردآوری شدند و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، الگوها و مضامین کلیدی فرصت‌ها، تهدیدها و چالش‌های این همکاری نظامی استخراج شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد فروش پهپادها ظرفیت‌های فناورانه ایران را تقویت و قدرت بازدارندگی و نفوذ ژئوپلیتیک کشور را افزایش داده است. همزمان، تهدیدهایی نظیر فشارهای تحریمی، بی‌ثباتی منطقه‌ای، پیچیدگی‌های دیپلماتیک و پیامدهای اخلاقی نیز مشاهده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که موفقیت این سیاست مستلزم تعادل میان فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها و توجه هم‌‌زمان به ابعاد نظامی، امنیتی، اقتصادی و اخلاقی است. بر اساس این تحلیل، تدوین دکترین صادرات نظامی، ایجاد سامانه ارزیابی پیامدهای راهبردی و تقویت دیپلماسی دفاعی فعال می‌‌تواند ضمن بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌ها، ریسک‌ها را مدیریت نماید.

this study analyzes the consequences of iranian drone sales to the russian federation and their impact on the national security of the islamic republic of iran. the research is grounded in the theoretical framework of realism, complemented by multidimensional national security, international political economy, and human security theories. qualitative data were collected from scientific publications, strategic reports, and official documents, and thematic analysis was applied to identify key patterns and themes related to opportunities, threats, and challenges of this military cooperation. the findings indicate that drone sales have strengthened iran's technological capabilities, enhanced deterrence power, and expanded geopolitical influence. simultaneously, threats such as increased sanctions, regional instability, diplomatic complexities, and ethical concerns were observed. the researcher's analysis suggests that the success of this policy requires a balance between opportunities and threats and a simultaneous attention to military, security, economic, and ethical dimensions. accordingly, recommendations include developing a military export doctrine, establishing a system for strategic impact assessment, and strengthening proactive defense diplomacy to optimize opportunities while managing associated risks.
