نظریه آنالوژی قدرت ملی و سازه، الگوریتم تهدیدات و تاب آوری قدرت ملی ج. ا. ایران

رهبری جهان آینده متعلق به کشوری است که بهترین تحلیل ها را از تحولات جهانی در اختیار دارد. چنین کشوری می تواند هدایت دیگران را در سیستم بین المللی به عهده داشته باشد. هدف از این تحقیق که به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده، ارائه نظریه ای با عنوان آنالوژی قدرت ملی و سازه، الگوریتم اثر تهدیدات و تاب آوری قدرت ملی ج. ا. ایران بر اساس پیشینه تحقیق در باب نظریه های قدرت و مصاحبه با خبرگان است. این نظریه با استفاده از روش تحلیل ماتریسی سازه ها، تاثیر تهدیدات بر المان های قدرت ملی را تعیین می کند. همچنین روش دشمن در جستجو و حمله به نقاط آسیب پذیر ساختار قدرت ملی را توصیف می کند. این نظریه در چهار مرحله توسعه یافته است: 1) الگوریتم رتبه بندی متغیرها و ابعاد قدرت در سازه قدرت ملی 2) الگوریتم روش جستجو و تخریب پایه های قدرت ملی 3) الگوریتم محاسبه تاب آوری و ضریب اطمینان المان های قدرت ملی 4) الگوریتم پیش بینی تهدیدات و ارائه راهبرد تصمیم گیری در درگیری های بین دو یا چند کشور. نظریه پیشنهادی دیدگاهی جامع به تصمیم گیرندگان به منظور تحلیل تاثیرات اقدامات دشمن و انتخاب بهترین راهبرد در جنگ احتمالی را ارائه می دهد.

the leadership of the future world belongs to the country that has the best analysis of global changes. such a country can lead others in the international system. this descriptive-analytical research aims to present a theory entitled “national power and structure analogy, algorithm of threats and resilience of the islamic republic of iran`s national power” based on research background in power theories literature and interviews with experts. this theory determines the impact of threats on the national power elements using the matrix analysis of structures method. it also describes the enemy`s method of finding and attacking the vulnerable points of the national power structure. the theory was developed in four steps: 1) the algorithm for ranking the importance of elements and dimensions of power in the structure of national power, 2) the algorithm for the method of searching and destroying the elements of national power, 3) the algorithm for calculating resilience and reliability coefficient of national power elements 4) the algorithm for predicting threats and presenting the strategy of decision making in conflicts between two or more countries. the proposed theory gives decision-makers a comprehensive view to analyze the effects of the enemy’s actions and to choose the best strategy in a possible war.
