تبیین فقهی حقوقی نمایش قدرت و افزایش توانمندی های دفاعی نظامی ایران با رویکردی به قاعده نفی سبیل

افزایش توانمندی‌ها و نمایش قدرت جمهوری اسلامی طی سال‌های اخیر درجهت خود اتکایی و استقلال درداخل و خارج از مرزها، در آب‌های منطقه‌ای و بین المللی و هوا و فضا، ایران را به یکی از مقتدرترین قدرتهای بین المللی تبدیل کرده است. تبیین ضرورتِ قدرت و اقتدار و افزایش توانمندی‌ها با رویکرد به قاعده نفی سبیل، انگیزه‌ای برای بررسی این عنوان است؛ مولفۀ نظامی- دفاعی- تهاجمی در ارتباط با نمایش و افزایش قدرت، ایجاد وحدت ملی، ایحاد رعب و وحشت در دشمن در رویارویی با نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران و قدرت بازدارندگی، اهدافی است که به بررسی آن‌ها پرداخته می‌شود. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد مولفه تاثیر‌گذار قدرت نظامی دفاعی و چگونگی نمایش مقتدرانه آن به دیگر بازیگران  عرصۀ بین الملل با رویکرد قاعدۀ نفی سبیل بر اساس قوانین داخلی و بین المللی قابل اثبات است. تا در بزنگاه‌های زمان و مکان، کشور را از داخل شدن در جنگ‌های طولانی و خسارات و مخاطرات غیرقابل پیش بینی مصون بدارد و به اهداف خود که استقلال نظام وتحمیل اراده به دشمن است رسیده و از ره آورد آن برای افزایش قدرت و پیشرفت کشور در صحنۀ داخلی و بین الملل بیافزاید. روش تحقیق تحلیلی- توصیفی و ابزارآن، فیش برداری و تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها به روش کتابخانه‌ای است.
