ارائه مدل مفهومی حکمرانی امنیت شبکه‌های اجتماعی پیام‌رسان داخلی

همپای تحولات بنیادین اجتماعی و اطلاعاتی در کشور و ایجاد الگوهای نوین در مدیریت دولتی در سطح جهانی که با ظهور مدیریت دولتی نوین، تغییرات بسیار سریع درعصر فناوری سبب گردید تا لزوم هماهنگ‌سازی میان این تغییرات و بهره‌مندی از مزایای فناورانه بیش‌ازپیش مشخص شود. امروزه فناوری‏های اطلاعات و ارتباطات الکترونیک همچون فضای مجازی، پست الکترونیک، صفحات تحت وب، شبکه های دیجیتالی و مواردی از این قبیل، فرصت های جدید متعددی را برای ارتباط بین حکومت و شهروندان ایجاد کرده‏اندومی توان اثرهای آن را در فراهم کردن بهتر خدمات عمومی و همچنین در زمینه فعالیت‏ها و ارتباطات سیاسی، دولتی و مدیریتی به گونه ای آشکارا مشاهده کرد.هدف از پژوهش حاضر،طراحی مدل مفهومی حکمرانی امنیت شبکه‌های اجتماعی پیام‌رسان داخلی می باشد ، روش گردآوری داده ها مصاحبه عمیق باخبرگان دانشگاهی و مدیران فناوری اطلاعات سازمان‌های اجرایی کشور می‌باشد. نمونه گیری به روش گلوله برفی انجام شده است و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافته است. نتایج مصاحبه ها طی فرایند کد گذاری باز ومحوری وانتخابی به ایجادنظریه داده بنیاد در حوزه حکمرانی شبکه های اجتماعی پیام رسان داخلی منجر شد.ابعاد بدست آمده از این پژوهش شامل 9 بعد می باشد که عبارت‌اند از: ارتباطات موثر، عوامل زمینه‌ای، سیاست‌گذاری‌های دولتی و پیشرفت اجتماعی، راهبردی امنیت و اعتماد و سیاست‌های راهبردی و خانواده، کیفیت ارتباطات و سرنوشت سیاسی،این مولفه‌ها می‌توانندبرحکمرانی امنیت شبکه‌های پیام‌رسان داخلی موثر باشد. درنهایت بر اساس داده های به‌دست‌آمده و با استناد به نتایج حاصل از سوالات پژوهش، پیشنهاد‌هایی کاربردی ارائه شد.

presenting a conceptual model of security governance of internal messaging social networks

in line with the fundamental social and information changes in the country and the creation of new models in public administration at the global level, which with the emergence of new public administration, caused very rapid changes in the age of technology, so that the need for coordination between these changes and benefiting from technological advantages has become more clear. . today, electronic information and communication technologies such as virtual space, e-mail, web pages, digital networks, and similar things have created many new opportunities for communication between the government and citizens, and its effects can provide better public services and also in the field of political, governmental and managerial activities and communications. the aim of this research is to design a conceptual model of security governance of internal messaging social networks, the data collection method is an in-depth interview with university informants and it managers are executive organizations of the country. sampling has been done by snowball method and continued until reaching theoretical saturation. the results of the interviews during the process of open, central and selective coding led to the creation of the data theory of the foundation in the field of governance of internal messaging social networks. the dimensions obtained from this research include 9 dimensions, which are: effective communication, contextual factors, government policies and social progress, strategic security and trust and strategic and family policies, quality of communication and political fate, these components can be effective in the security governance of internal messaging networks. finally, based on the obtained data and referring to the results of the research questions, practical suggestions were presented.
