مدل مفهومی اثرگذاری شبکه های اجتماعی بر امنیت ملّی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

شبکه‌های اجتماعی، در بسیاری از ابعاد سیاسی، امنیتی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی به یکی از تهدیدهای جدی برای امنیت ملّی کشورها تبدیل‌شده و شناسایی اثرات آن‌ها بسیار حائز اهمیت است؛ لذا پژوهش حاضر، باهدف پاسخگویی به این سوال که، «تاثیر شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران چیست؟» و ارائه مدل مفهومی مناسب مبتنی بر روش نظریه‌پردازی داده بنیاد (تحلیل کیفی) انجام و موضوع فوق در پنج محور شرایط علی، شرایط زمینه‌ای، شرایط مداخله‌گر، راهبردها (کنش‌ها و واکنش‌ها) و پیامدها مورد واکاوی قرار گرفت. در این راستا، ابتدا مبانی و ادبیات مرتبط، از طریق مشاهدات میدانی و مستندات کتابخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری‌ و در نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا1 درج و کلیه مفاهیم قابل‌توجه در موضوع پژوهش استخراج و کد گذاری شد و سپس، با تلفیق و خوشه ‌بندی کدهای همسان، مقوله‌های کلان و عوامل اثرگذار احصاء گردید. به‌منظور اعتبار سنجی عوامل فوق، نتایج در گروه‌های کانونی متشکل از اساتید و کارشناسان مربوطه موردبحث و بررسی قرار گرفت و 70 نفر از صاحب‌نظران این حوزه به‌عنوان نمونه آماری تعیین گردید و با اخذ نظریه‌های تخصصی توسط ابزار پرسشنامه (همچنین مصاحبه با 15 نفر از صاحب‌نظران)، تجزیه‌وتحلیل کمی آن‌ها طبق «آزمون کای»، سطح معناداری و صحت عوامل ارزیابی شد. در ادامه نیز با دسته‌بندی عوامل در پنج محور شرایط علی، شرایط زمینه‌ای، شرایط مداخله‌گر، راهبردها (کنش‌ها و واکنش‌ها) و پیامدها، «مدل مفهومی اثرگذاری شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر امنیت ملّی جمهوری اسلامی ایران» ترسیم و ارائه گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که شبکه‌های اجتماعی، تاثیرگذاری قابل‌توجهی بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و روند تهدید آفرین آن نیز رو به افزایش است و به سمت تضعیف امنیت ملی پیش می‌رود. این مسئله در تمامی حوزه‌های امنیت ملی شامل فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و امنیتی جریان داشته و روند استفاده مردم از شبکه‌های اجتماعی موجب افزایش شکاف میان حاکمیت و جامعه، کاهش نظارت و کنترل حاکمیت بر فعالیت‌های اقتصادی و اثرگذاری بر سبک زندگی و فرهنگ خواهد شد.

conceptual model of the influence of social networks on the national security of the islamic republic of iran

social networks have become one of the serious threats to the national security of countries in many political, security, economic, social and cultural dimensions, and identifying their effects is very important; therefore, the current research aims to answer the question, “what is the effect of social networks on the national security of the islamic republic of iran?” and providing a suitable conceptual model based on the foundation’s data theorizing method (qualitative analysis) and the above topic was analyzed in five axes of causal conditions, land conditions, intervening conditions, strategies (actions and reactions) and consequences. in this regard, first, the basics and related literature were collected through field observations and library documents, and all significant concepts were extracted and coded in the maxqda 1 software, and then, by combining and clustering similar codes., macro categories and influencing factors were calculated. in order to validate the above factors, the results were discussed and analyzed in focus groups consisting of professors and relevant experts, and 70 experts in this field were determined as a statistical sample, and by obtaining expert theories through a questionnaire tool (also interviews with 15 experts), their quantitative analysis was evaluated according to the “chi test”, the level of significance and accuracy of the factors. in the following, by categorizing the factors in the five axes of causal conditions, land conditions, intervening conditions, strategies (actions and reactions) and consequences, a “conceptual model of the influence of social networks on the national security of the islamic republic of iran” was drawn and presented. the results of the research showed that social networks have a significant impact on the national security of the islamic republic of iran and its threatening process is also increasing and is moving towards weakening national security. this issue has been going on in all areas of national security, including cultural, social, political, economic and security, and the trend of people using social networks has increased the gap between the government and the society, reducing the supervision and control of the government over economic activities and affecting the lifestyle and it will be culture.
