راهکارهای پیاده سازی مدیریت جهادی در سازمان‌های امنیتی نیروهای مسلح

در سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی - امنیتی که امروزه به تعبیر رهبر معظم انقلاب(مدظلله العالی) خط مقدم درگیری با دشمنان نظام تلقی می‌شود احیاء، توسعه و تعمیق سبک مدیریت جهادی، به علت حجم انبوه توطئه‌های رنگارنگ دشمن در براندازی نظام در فضای جنگ سخت، جنگ نرم و جنگ اطلاعات امری لازم از دیگر عرصه‌های نظام تلقی می‌شوند بر همین اساس محققین در نظر دارند تا در این پژوهش راهکارهای پیاده‌سازی مدیریت جهادی در سازمان‌های امنیتی نیروهای مسلح را شناسایی نمایند. نوع پژوهش کاربردی و روش انجام آن آمیخته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در دو بخش کیفی و کمی از بین صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان حوزه پژوهش، معاونین و مدیران دفتر نظارت و سیاست گذاری ساحفاهای نیروهای مسلح و ساحفاها انتخاب شده‌اند. محققین در راستای نیل به هدف پژوهش، بعد از مطالعه ادبیات تحقیق و تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه‌های انجام شده، با روش تحلیل محتوا، پرسشنامه تحقیق را تهیه و در بین جامعه آماری پژوهش توزیع نمودند. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات بدست آمده با استفاده آزمون‌های t و فریدمن بیانگر آن است که این سازمان‌ها در راستای پیاده سازی مدیریت جهادی در همه سطوح خود باید راهکارهایی همانند تعمیق اعتقادات، جوان گرایی و اهمیت به سرمایه انسانی، ریسک پذیر، کاهش دغدغه‌های معیشتی، الگوسازی، توسعه کار تیمی، بهره گیری از علوم، فناوری و دانش روز و آسیب شناسی انحناهای سازمانی را بکار گیرند.

The strategies for implementing jihadist management in the security organizations of armed forces

In intelligencesecurity organizations that today, according to the supreme leader of the revolution’s statement, are considered the front line of conflict with the enemies of the Iran’s system, due to the large numbers of colorful conspiracies of enemy for overthrowing the system in the atmosphere of hard war, soft war and information war, revival, development and deepening of jihadist management style is considered necessary. Accordingly, researchers intend to identify strategies for implementing jihadist management in the security organizations of armed forces. This is an applied study that employs mixed method. The statistical population of the study in both qualitative and quantitative sections is selected from the experts in the field of the study, the deputies and managers of the supervision office of the intelligence protection organizations of armed forces and intelligence protection organizations. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the researchers, after studying the study’s literature and analyzing the interviews, prepared a research questionnaire using the content analysis method and distributed it among the statistical population of the study. Analysis of the data obtained through T and Friedman tests indicates that these organizations in order to implement jihadi management at all levels should utilize strategies such as deepening beliefs, paying attention to young personnel and human capital, taking risk, reducing livelihood concerns, creating model, developing teamwork, utilizing science, technology and uptodate knowledge and identifying the vulnerabilities of the organizational curvatures.
