بررسی تطبیقی ریشه‌های شکل‌گیری اعتراضات مدنی ناشی از تغییرات اجتماعی-اقتصادی در ایران با کشورهای ونزوئلا، یونان و آرژانتین

وجود نارضایتی و بروز اعتراضات مدنی ناشی از تغییرات اجتماعی   اقتصادی در ایران، ازجمله مسائلی است که به‌ویژه در مقاطع اِعمال سیاست‌های لیبرالی، موجب بی‌ثباتی سیاسی و گهگاه ناآرامی‌های امنیتی شده است. همچنین، بحران‌های اجتماعی   اقتصادی نیز در کشورهایی مانند آرژانتین، ونزوئلا و یونان در دهه‌های اخیر به وجود آمده‌اند که در ابعاد اقتصادی، سیاسی و... دارای مشابهت‌های زیادی با یکدیگر هستند. در این کشورها، تغییرات شدید نولیبرال منجر به تضعیف معیشت عمومی و به‌تبع آن بروز اعتراضات و گسست نظام سیاسی شده است. بر این اساس، هدف از این پژوهش؛ «بررسی تطبیقی شکل‌گیری اعتراضات و بحران‌های سیاسی ناشی از اِعمال سیاست‌های نولیبرال در ایران با کشورهای ونزوئلا، یونان و آرژانتین» است و از این رو، پرسش اصلی این گونه مطرح می‌شود که «تغییرات ساختاری نولیبرال در اقتصاد و جامعۀ ایران در یک بررسی تطبیقی با وضعیت کشورهای ونزوئلا، شیلی، آرژانتین و یونان، چگونه بر شکل‌گیری اعتراضات و بحران‌های سیاسی، تاثیر گذاشته است؟». این پژوهش جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش مطالعۀ اسنادی و کیفی از نوع تحلیل ثانوی داده‌های موجود استفاده کرده و جهت تدوین شاخص‌ها برای بررسی تطبیقی و اشباع نظری، از روش کیفی مصاحبۀ نیمه ساخت‌یافته با صاحب نظران استفاده شده است.

A comparative study of the roots of the formation of civil protests due to socialeconomic changes in Iran with Venezuela, Greece and Argentina

Abstract     The existence of dissatisfaction and the emergence of civil protests due to social economic changes in Iran are among the issues that have led to political instability and sometimes security unrests, especially during the implementation of liberal policies. Also, socialeconomic crises in countries such as Argentina, Venezuela, and Greece have emerged in recent decades, which have many similarities with each other in economic, political and other dimensions. In these countries, drastic neoliberal changes have led to the weakening of public livelihoods and, consequently, to protests and break of the political system. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to compare the formation of protests and political crises resulting from the implementation of neoliberal policies in Iran with Venezuela, Greece and Argentina. Therefore, the main question is How did the neoliberal structural changes in the Iran’s economy and society, in a comparative study with the situation of Venezuela, Chile, Argentina and Greece, affect the formation of protests and political crises?. This research uses the documentary and qualitative study method of secondary analysis of existing data to collect data. And also, uses qualitative semistructured interviews with experts to develop indicators for comparative study and theoretical saturation
