نظام مطلوب حفاظت اطلاعات در فرمان هفت گانه بیانیه گام دوم

هدف از نگارش این پژوهش، انطباق مفاهیم هفت‌گانه بیانیه گام دوم با ماموریت سازمان‌های حفاظت اطلاعات است. ازاین‌رو، تلاش شد تا با پیمایش مسیر نظام مطلوب حفاظت اطلاعات در هفت حرکت، راه‌های رسیدن به تحقق اهداف نهایی این بیانیه مورد تحلیل قرار گیرد و برای آن راهکار ارائه گردد. نویسندگان این مقاله به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش هستند که «شاخص‌های نظام مطلوب حفاظت اطلاعات بر اساس محورهای هفت‌گانه بیانیه گام دوم کدامند؟». این موضوع که ازلحاظ روش، توصیفی و ازلحاظ موضوعی، کاربردی است، با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل محتوای متن‌محور بیانیه گام دوم در حوزه مطالعاتی این مقاله، انجام پذیرفته است. نتایج حاصل از پایش یافته‌ها در هفت مدخل و با بیشترین ضریب تاثیر در موضوعات عبارت‌اند از سبک زندگی، آموزش اطلاعاتی، عدالت‌طلبی، تقویت باورهای معنوی و اخلاق اطلاعاتی، عزت ملّی، مقابله با جاسوسی صنعتی در حوزه اقتصادی و استمرار دفاع اطلاعاتی از استقلال و آزادی. ترسیم نقشه راه مبتنی بر این فرامین در تصمیم‌گیری‌های راهبردی کلان نظام ج.ا.ایران با برآورد اطلاعاتی خوب، صحیح، منطقی و مستدل می‌تواند در مستحکم‌ نمودن سازه‌های نظام مطلوب حفاظت اطلاعات برای دفاع از امنیت کشور نقش مهمی داشته باشد. .

Desirable system of intelligence protection in the sevenpart command of the second step statement

Abstract    The purpose of writing this study is the conformity of the sevenpart concepts of the second step statement with the mission of intelligence protection organizations. Therefore, an attempt was made to analyze the ways to achieve the final goals of this statement by following the path of the desirable system of intelligence protection organizations in seven movements and to provide a solution for it. The authors of this article attempt to answer the question of What are the indicators of the desirable system of intelligence protection based on the sevenpart axes of the second step statement?This issue, which is methodologically descriptive and thematically practical, has been done by utilizing the textbased content analysis of the second step statement in the field of study of this article. The results of monitoring the results in seven entries and with the highest impact factor on the subjects are lifestyle, intelligence teaching, seeking justice, strengthening spiritual beliefs and intelligence ethics, national dignity, combating industrial espionage in the economic sphere and continuing to defend independence and freedom by means of intelligence. Drawing a roadmap based on these orders in the macro strategic decisions of the system of the Islamic republic of Iran with good, correct, logical and reasoned intelligence estimation can play an important role in strengthening the structures of the desirable system of intelligence protection for defending the security of our country.
