دیوان انشاء و بازآفرینی ادبیات اداری در دوره ایلخانان

هدف این پژوهش بررسی و تحلیل ساختار و کارکرد دیوان انشاء و کتابت در دوره‌ ایلخانان و تغییراتی است که به واسطه‌ حمله مغول به ایران و تشکیل حکومت ایلخانی در این دیوان ایجاد گردید. مغولان از همان آغاز و سپس ایلخانان به اهمیت و ضرورت وجود بخش مکاتبات در تشکیلات اداری خود واقف بودند؛ ولی به دلیل بی اعتمادی به دبیران قلمرو مفتوحه تلاش داشتند در روال پیشینی تشکیلات موجود تغییر ایجاد کنند. بخشی از این تغییرات ناشی از این روال و بخشی نیز ناشی از پیامدهای استقرار اقوام مغولی و گروههای وابسته به آنان در ایران بود. با این حال همچون دوره های گذشته، تشکیلات اداری ایرانی توانست در کنار احیای دیگر بخش ها، تشکیلات دیوان انشاء را احیا کند. مساله این بررسی شناسایی این تغییرات در تعارض یا ناهمسانی ها با روال پیش از حمله مغول و چرایی و چگونگی فرایند احیای تشکیلات دیوان انشاء، است. نتایج این پژوهش که با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی و روش تحلیل کیفی گزارش‌های موجود صورت گرفته، نشان می‌دهد که این تغییرات در چهار حوزه شامل تغییرات در جایگاه دیوان انشاء و کارکنان آن، زبان و ادبیات نگارش، متن اسناد و ترکیبات و اضافات آن و در نهایت تغییرات مرتبط با روندها و رویه‌ها در دیوان انشاء قابل شناسایی است. در این میان مهمترین رویداد همچون دیگر رویدادهای شکل گرفته در تشکیلات اداری دوره ایلخانان، شکل گرفتن یک نظام دوگانه مغولی ایرانی در تشکیلات دیوان انشاء است نظامی که به تدریج عناصر ایرانی آن پررنگ شد.

Ensha Divan and Reconstruction of Administrative Literature in the Ilkhanate Period

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure and function of the Divan of composition and writing in the Ilkhanate period and the changes that were caused by the Mongol invasion of Iran and the formation government . The Mongols and then the Ilkhans were aware of the importance and necessity of having a correspondence department in their administrative organization;Due to distrust of the secretaries of the open territory, they tried to change the previous routine of the existing organization. Part of this change was due to this process and part was due to the consequences of the establishment of Mongol tribes in Iran, the Iranian administrative organization was able to revive the organization of the Composing Divan,The purpose of this study is to identify these changes in conflict or inconsistencies with the preMongol routine and why and how the process of reviving the composition the Divan of Composition. The results of this study, which is done with a descriptiveanalytical approach and qualitative analysis method of existing reports, show that these changes including changes in the position of the Composing Dian and its staff, language and literature, text of documents and its compositions , changes related to trends and procedures can be identified in the Composition Divan, the most important event, like other events formed in the administrative organization of the Ilkhanate period, is the formation of a dual MongolIranian system in the organization of the Divan of Composition, a system whose Iranian elements were gradually highlighted.
