تحلیلی بر نقش و جایگاه ساروتقی در رقابتهای درباری عصر شاه عباس دوم

پژوهش حاضر در پی بازیابی و واکاوی وقایع تاریخی دوره کوتاه سه‌ساله‌ای از تاریخ ایران در فاصله سال‌های: 1052 تا 1055 ق/1642 تا 1645 م است. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی و تبیین نقش ساروتقی در رقابت‌های درباری سال‌های اول سلطنت شاه‌عباس دوم به انجام رسیده است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، تاریخی تحلیلی و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه‌ای انجام‌شده است. ابزار اصلی پژوهش استناد به منابع آن دوره هست که درنهایت بر پایه‌ی یافته‌های حاصل از منابع استنتاج، تبیین و تحلیل به‌عمل‌آمده است. یافته‌های این پژوهش بیانگر آن است که در ابتدای سلطنت شاه‌عباس دوم به دلیل صغر سن شاه رقابت‌های شدید درباری جهت تصدی مقامات مهم و تسلط بیشتر بر امور از سوی افراد صاحب نفوذ و مدعی صورت گرفت. در این میان ساروتقی به‌عنوان صدراعظم در پی حفظ قدرت و همچنین گسترش سلطه‌ی خود بر تمامی امور اعم از دیوانی، نظامی و اقتصادی برآمد. ساروتقی ازجمله افراد باذکاوت دوره صفویه بوده که به‌خوبی پله‌های ترقی را در زمان شاه‌عباس اول و شاه صفی طی نموده و در زمان شاه صفی به بالاترین مقام دیوانی رسید. در زمان شاه‌عباس دوم ساروتقی نمی‌خواست قدرت پیشین را از دست دهد و درراه این هدف، چند صاحب‌منصب مهم ازجمله رستم خان، سپه‌سالار بانفوذ دوره شاه صفی، را قربانی نمود. ساروتقی برای حذف رقبا از حمایت مادر شاه و شبکه‌ای از جاسوسان بهره می‌برد و جناح رقیب نیز از قدرت نظامی و ایلی استفاده می‌نمود. درنهایت ساروتقی قربانی سیاست‌های خصمانه خود، سختگیری‌ها مالیاتی و میل پنهان شاه برای حذف وی، گردید.

An Analysis of Saroutigh's Role and Position in Shah Abbas II's Court Courts

The present study seeks to retrieve and analyze the historical events of the short threeyear period from the history of Iran between the years: 1052 to 1055 AH / 1642 to 1645 AD. This research has been conducted with the aim of investigating and explaining the role of Sarotqi in the court competitions of the first years of the reign of Shah Abbas II. The research method in this research is historicalanalytical and data collection has been done by library method. The main research tool is to cite the sources of that period, which are finally based on the findings of the sources of inference, explanation and analysis.The findings of this study indicate that at the beginning of the reign of Shah Abbas II, due to the young age of the Shah, intense court competitions were held for important positions and more mastery of affairs by influential people and claimants. As prime minister, meanwhile, Sarutaghi sought to maintain power as well as expand his dominance over all matters, including the judiciary, the military, and the economy. Sarutaghi was one of the most intelligent people of the Safavid period, who went through the stages of progress well during the reign of Shah Abbas I and Shah Safi and reached the highest court position during the reign of Shah Safi.
