شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موفقیت پیاده‌سازی بلاک‌ چین در زنجیره تامین پایدار(موردمطالعه: صنایع بسته‌بندی خوزستان)؛

زمینه و هدف: زنجیره بلوکی (بلاک چین) به‌عنوان یک فناوری امن و شفاف در سال‌های اخیر جایگاه بسیار مهمی در صنعت زنجیره تامین پیدا کرده است. با افزایش روزافزون تولیدات و تقاضای مشتریان، ایجاد یک سامانه زنجیره تامین پایدار با استفاده از زنجیره بلوکی از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موفقیت پیاده‌سازی زنجیره بلوکی برای زنجیره تامین پایدار در صنایع بسته‌بندی خوزستان صورت گرفته است.روش: در این تحقیق از نظرات 10 نفر از خبرگان صنایع بسته‌بندی خوزستان که آگاه بر مسائل تحقیق جهت اجرای روایی لازم برای متغیرهای تحقیق و همچنین، روش بهترین-بدترین[1]  بودند بکار گرفته شده است. همچنین در بخش ارائه مدل و در رابطه با تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی؛ با توجه به جدول مورگان تعداد 201 نفر از کارکنان صنایع بسته‌بندی خوزستان (کارتن اهواز) به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده پاسخگوی سوالات بودند.یافته‌ها: از میان معیارهای اصلی؛ معیار «عملکرد داخلی سازمان» با وزن 456/0 در اولویت نخست قرار دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از اولویت‌بندی نهایی زیرمعیارهای تحقیق نشان داد؛ کاهش هزینه‌ها در اولویت نخست، مسائل مالی در اولویت دوم و شناسایی سریع محصولات در اولویت سوم در میان مجموعه زیرمعیارها قرار گرفتند.نتیجه‌گیری: در این تحقیق، به شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موفقیت پیاده‌سازی بلاک چین در زنجیره تامین پایدار پرداخته شده است. با توجه به اهمیت بلاک چین در صنعت زنجیره تامین پایدار، شناسایی عوامل موفقیت و اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها می‌تواند به شرکت‌ها و صاحبان کسب‌وکار در هدف‌گذاری و راهبرد گذاری برای پیاده‌سازی بلاک چین کمک کند.

identification and prioritization of successful implementation factors for blockchain in sustainable supply chain (case study: packaging industry in khuzestan)

background and objective: blockchain, as a secure and transparent technology, has gained significant importance in the supply chain industry in recent years. with increasing production and customer demand, creating a sustainable supply chain system using blockchain is of great importance. this research was conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the success factors for implementing blockchain in sustainable supply chain in the packaging industry in khuzestan.method: in this study, the opinions of 10 experts in the packaging industry in khuzestan who were aware of the research issues were used to perform the necessary validity for the research variables and also the best-worst method was used. in addition, in the model presentation section and in relation to exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, 201 personnel from khuzestan packaging industry (ahvaz carton) answered the questions by simple random sampling method.findings: among the main criteria, the internal organizational performance criterion with a weight of 0.456 was placed in the first priority. furthermore, the results of the final prioritization showed that cost reduction was in the first priority, financial issues were in the second priority, and quick identification of products was in the third priority among the sub-criteria set.conclusion: in this research, the successful factors for implementing blockchain in sustainable supply chain were identified and prioritized. considering the importance of blockchain in sustainable supply chain industry, identifying and prioritizing success factors can help companies and business owners in targeting and strategizing for blockchain implementation.
