ارائه الگوی زنجیره تامین لارج در سازمان‌های نظامی – انتظامی

زمینه و هدف: شیوه های لارج زنجیره تامین متشکل از شیوه های ناب، چابک، تاب آور و سبز هستند که از رویکردهای بسیار پرکاربرد مدیریت زنجیره تامین در جهان امروزی هستند. این شیوه ها در راستای بهبود عملکرد، افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی سازمان به کار گرفته می شوند. ازاین‌رو هدف این پژوهش ارائه الگوی زنجیره تامین لارج در سازمان های نظامی - انتظامی است.روش: این پژوهش ازنظر هدف از نوع کاربردی است و ازنظر روش، کیفی اکتشافی است. منابع اطلاعاتی پژوهش را مقالات و مستندات علمی منتشرشده و همچنین مصاحبه با خبرگان سازمان های نظامی - انتظامی تشکیل می‌دهند که با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد (رویکرد ظاهر شونده گلیزر) و با کمک نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا تجزیه‌وتحلیل شده‌اند. جامعه آماری تحقیق در بخش مصاحبه، 15 نفر از خبرگان آماد و پشتیبانی بوده که به‌صورت هدفمند و قضاوتی و با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند.یافته‌ها: از تحلیل مقالات مرتبط، اسناد و مصاحبه‌ها تعداد 223 کد اولیه شناسایی شد که در یک فرایند چندمرحله‌ای کدگذاری، شاخص ها، مولفه‌ها و ابعاد الگو شناسایی شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: مهم ترین عوامل زنجیره تامین ناب، چابک، تاب آور و سبز به ترتیب فروانی عبارت‌اند از عوامل مدیریتی، منابع انسانی، منابع و تجهیزات، عوامل فرآیندی، عوامل سازمانی، قابلیت های فنی و فناورانه.

background and purpose: larg supply chain methods consist of lean, agile, resilient and green methods, which are among the most widely used supply chain management approaches in today's world. these methods are used in order to improve performance and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization. therefore, the purpose of this research is to present a larg supply chain model in defense organizations.methodology: this research is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of qualitative method. the information sources of the research are the published scientific articles and documents, as well as interviews with experts of defense organizations, which have been analyzed using the database method (glaser's emerging approach) and with the help of maxqda software. the statistical population of the research in the interview phase was 􀀔􀀘 individuals among experts in logistics and support deputy who were selected purposefully and judiciously using the snowball method.findings: from the analysis of related articles, documents and interviews, 􀀕􀀕􀀖 primary codes were extracted, which were identified in a multi-step process of coding, indicators, components and model dimensions.conclusion: the most important factors of the lean, agile, resilient and green supply chain are managerial factors, human resources, resources and equipment, process factors, organizational factors, technical and technological capabilities, in order of priority.
