امداد رسانی (تغذیه) به نیروهای عمل کننده یک سازمان نظامی و انتظامی در بحران ‌ها و اغتشاشات شهری

زمینه و هدف: اصل حفظ بقاء و ارتقاء توان نیروها در موقعیت‌های بحرانی به منظور پایداری در تداوم ماموریت برای مسئولین حفظ نظم و امنیت از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است و مسئولین آماد پشتیبانی نیروهای نظامی و انتظامی با توجه به وظایف ذاتی خویش با انجام تمهیدات لازم و به‌کارگیری اقدامات اصولی نیازهای غذایی نیروها را متناسب با استاندارد تغذیه اقدام به تامین، توزیع، ذخیره‌سازی وعده‌های غذایی آماده با رعایت الگوی یکنواخت مبادرت می‌نمایند تا همواره ارتقاء سطح توان عملیاتی و روحیه روانی و جسمانی نیروها را فراهم و ماموریت‌ها استمرار داشته باشد.روش: این مقاله در خصوص ارائه الگو و مدل نحوه رساندن تغذیه به نیروهای عمل‌کننده نظامی - انتظامی در بحران‌ها و ناآرامی‌ها و اغتشاش‌های شهری که در این پژوهش از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و قاعده گلوله برفی و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای جهت گردآوری اطلاعات انجام پذیرفته. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 18 نفر از مسئولین آماد و پشتیبانی که به‌صورت مستقیم در آماد رسانی اغتشاش‌های سال 1401 نقش داشته‌اند و همچنین تعدادی از مسئولین و مدیران آماد کل و قرارگاه امنیتی بودند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که در حال حاضر تغذیه رسانی به نیروهای عمل‌کننده نظامی – انتظامی در بحران‌های شهری و اغتشاش‌های با برنامه غذایی مدون و میزان مناسبی انجام نمی‌شود ولی در زمان مناسبی به دست نیروهای عمل‌کننده نظامی – انتظامی می‌رسد.نتیجه‌گیری: تغذیه تدارک شده با کیفیت مناسب و متناسب با فصول سال صورت نمی‌پذیرد، و همچنین نیاز به تجدیدنظر در بسته‌بندی انجام‌شده و وسایل حمل آن‌ها دارد که با ارائه پیشنهاد و راهکارهایی به‌منظور حل این مشکلات انجام پذیرفت.

background: the principle of maintaining the survival and improving the power of the troops in critical situations in order to be stable in the continuation of the mission is of particular importance to those responsible for maintaining order and security, and the officials are ready to support the units according to their inherent duties by making the necessary arrangements and applying basic measures to meet the food needs of the troops. supply, distribute, and store ready-made meals in accordance with the nutrition standard, following a uniform pattern. to always, improve the level of operational efficiency and the mental and physical morale of the troops and to have a continuous mission.methodology: this article is about presenting the model and model of how to provide food to the internal acting forces in crises and unrest and urban disturbances, which in this research was done using the semi-structured interview method and the snowball rule and library studies to collect information. the statistical population of this research is 18 people from logistic and support officials who directly played a role in the preparation of riots in 1401, as well as a number of logistic officials and managers of the security headquarters.findings: the findings indicate that currently feeding the forces operating in urban crises and riots is not done with a reasonable and adequate food plan, but it reaches the operating forces at the right time.conclusion: the provided food is not of appropriate quality and suited to different seasons of the year and it needs reconsideration in packaging and the vehicles that carry, which was solved by suggesting solutions.
