آسیب ‌شناسی چرخه درخواست و تامین قطعات در سامانه نگهداری و تعمیرات (نت) یک سازمان نظامی - انتظامی

زمینه و هدف: یکی از شیوه‌های اثربخشی لجستیک، بهره‌مندی از سامانه نگهداری و تعمیرات (نت) مناسب و موثر باهدف کاهش عدم اطمینان و توسعه آمادگی تجهیزات است. در این میان سرعت و کیفیت چرخه درخواست و دریافت قطعات از زیرمجموعه تا مبدا تامین اهمیت به سزایی داشته و شناخت آسیب‌های احتمالی به مدیران مجموعه امکان تسریع حل مشکلات جاری و بهبود عملکردها را می‌دهد. با این دیدگاه، تحقیق حاضر باهدف آسیب‌شناسی چرخه مذکور در یک سازمان نظامی- انتظامی انجام پذیرفته است.روش: این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و ازنظر نوع، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر کلیه کارکنان آماد و پشتیبانی سازمان موردمطالعه بوده که با توزیع تعداد 30 پرسشنامه در بین جامعه آماری و تعیین واریانس نمونه اولیه، حجم نمونه 110 نفر حاصل گردید. ابزار اصلی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش ادبیات تحقیق، مطالعات کتابخانه­ای و برای جمع‌آوری داده­ها، از پرسشنامه با توزیع میدانی استفاده شد. روایی تحقیق به‌صورت صوری و محتوایی و پایایی آن به روش آلفای کرون باخ[1] تائید گردید. اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده با شیوه تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و آزمون تی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای اسمارت پی ال اس و اس پی اس اس تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: یافته اصلی این تحقیق نشان داد که وضعیت چرخه درخواست و دریافت قطعات در این سازمان مناسب نیست. همچنین با توجه به اینکه اختلاف بین میانگین به‌دست‌آمده با مقدار آزمون معنادار نبود، لذا وضعیت چرخه درخواست و دریافت قطعات از زیرمجموعه نت یگان تا مبدا تامین در سازمان موردمطالعه در حد متوسط ارزیابی شد. نتیجه‌گیری: به منظور انجام صحیح و به‌موقع درخواست و دریافت قطعات موردنیاز در بخش نت به شاخص‌هایی نظیر مناسب بودن شرایط محیط کار، ترکیب مناسب نیروی کار، قوانین و مقررات و همچنین تدوین دستورالعمل‌های جامع ‌و مانع برای روند دریافت قطعات مورد نیاز بخش های مختل، نیاز است.

background and purpose: one of the effective methods of logistics is to have a proper maintenance and repair system with the purpose of reducing insecurity and improving the readiness of the equipment. meanwhile, speed and quality have a significant impact on the cycle of requests and receiving segments from the subgroup to the origin and recognizing possible pathology will give the managers of the organization to solve the current problems and function better. with this perspective, the current research is conducted with the purpose of pathology of the mentioned cycle in a military organization.methodology this research is applied in terms of purpose, and descriptive-survey in terms of type. the statistical population of this research is the entire logistics and support employees of the studied organization, and by distributing 30 questionnaires among the statistical population and determining the variance of the initial sample, the sample size was 110 people. the main tool for collecting information in the research literature section was library studies, and a questionnaire with field distribution was used to collect data. the validity and reliability of the research was confirmed by cronbach’s alpha method. confirmatory factor analysis and t-test using smartpls3 and spss23 software analyzed the obtained data.findings: the main finding of this research showed that the status of the cycle of requesting and receiving segments in this organization is not appropriate. in addition, because the difference between the obtained average and the test value was not significant, therefore, the condition of the cycle of requesting and receiving segments from the maintenance and repairing unit sub-set to the source of supply in the studied organization was evaluated as average..conclusion: in order to correctly and timely request and receive the required segments in the maintenance and repairing department, indicators such as the suitability of the working environment conditions, the appropriate composition of the workforce, laws and regulations, as well as the development of comprehensive instructions and obstacles for the process of receiving the required segments of the department disorders are needed.
