آسیب ‌شناسی پایان ‌نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد رشته آماد و پشتیبانی دانشگاه جامع علوم انتظامی امین

زمینه و هدف: این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی و شناخت چالش ها و مشکلات موجود در فرایند انجام پایان نامه دانشجویان رسته آماد و پشتیبانی دانشگاه جامع علوم انتظامی امین و ارائه راه کارهای مناسب انجام‌شده است.روش: این پژوهش از حیث هدف کاربردی است زیرابه دنبال راه کارهای مناسب انجام پایان نامه است. روش انجام این پژوهش از منظر ماهیت پیمایشی و به‌صورت آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) جهت آسیب شناسی با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا پایان نامه های حوزه آماد و پشتیبانی دانشگاه جامع علوم انتظامی امین از سال 1402 به قبل با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری صورت گرفته و درنهایت برای شناسایی راه کارهای پیشگیرانه با انجام با استفاده از گروه کانونی صورت گرفته است.یافته‌ها: پایان نامه ها از چند جنبه بررسی‌شده‌اند که شامل طرح شکلی و محتوایی تحقیق، تطابق پایان نامه ها با سرفصل درس، عنوان رشته و تخصص استادان راهنما، نقد و ارزیابی روش پژوهش کاربست شده در متن و ... است. یافته ها نشان می دهند که دانشجویان در بخش های مختلف پایان نامه نظیر انتخاب موضوع، پروپوزال نویسی، کلیات پژوهش و بیان مسئله، پیشینه پژوهش و مبانی نظری، روش‌شناسی و انتخاب جامعه و نمونه تحقیق، تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری، یافته های تحقیق، بحث و نتیجه گیری و رعایت اخلاق پژوهش مشکل‌دارند.نتیجه‌گیری: به منظور مهار موثر آسیب های شناسایی‌شده لزوماً باید به تدابیری متوسل شد که کلیه زمینه های ظهور آسیب رسانی را هدف قرار دهند. راه کارهای مناسب می تواند زمینه را برای اجرای مناسب فراهم نماید. رعایت راهکارهای مناسب باعث افزایش اتکاپذیری بر اجرا و نتایج پایان‌نامه‌ها می شود.

pathology identification of energy consumption situation in police sciences university

background and purpose: logistics maintenance is not only limited to items, but also the maintenance and conservation of energy and natural resources is important for future generations. the more careful we are in energy consumption, the more we can reduce its consumption costs and help preserve it. if the amount of waste cannot be reduced to zero in the short term, it can definitely be reduced. the purpose of this project is the harms of energy consumption in amin university of police sciences.materials and methods: this research in terms of purpose is applicable and in terms of methodology is descriptive-survey. the statistical population of this research is commanders, managers and employees (530), faculty members (50), students (1750), soldiers (125) and a total of (2400) people. the sample size is 182 people based on the random relative stratified sampling method and based on cochran’s formula at 95% confidence level and 7% error. the data collection tools for the questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by obtaining the opinions of experts and its reliability by calculating cronbach’s alpha, which was higher than 0.7.findings: according to the members of the statistical community, organizational culture has the first rank and external environment of the university has the lowest rank among the pathology components. in addition, changeability ranks first and political factors outside the university have the lowest rank among pathology indicators.conclusion: according to the results, the university should strive to improve the energy consumption situation. the most important measures of this reform in the structural dimension are the promotion of changeability, in the behavioral dimension, increasing the knowledge and knowledge of employees and, in the contextual dimension, the use of modern technology in order to reduce consumption.
