ارائه الگوی توزیع عدالت محور در آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا مبتنی بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب

زمینه و هدف: بی‌ شک می‌توان گفت، سازمان ‌های اﻣﻨﻴتی و اﻧﺘﻈﺎمی ﺑﺎﻻﺧﺺ ﭘﻠﻴﺲ، ﻧﻘﺶ ﻛﻠﻴﺪی و فراوانی را در برقراری عدالت بر عهده‌دارند و در این راستا، شاید بتوان فعالیت پلیس را به‌عنوان مرحله عملیاتی عدالت توزیعی در نظر گرفت؛ چراکه پلیس به‌عنوان حافظ امنیت درون‌مرزی، به‌عنوان اولین سازمان درگیر از طریق عملیات انتظامی وارد عمل می‌شود و به‌مواجهه، کنترل و مدیریت بحران می‌پردازد. با این دیدگاه، پژوهش حاضر با عنوان مدل توزیع عدالت محور در آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا مبتنی بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب با رویکرد تحلیل مضامین انجام گرفت.روش: این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی-توسعه‌ای و از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه موردبررسی است. برای تدوین و طراحی مدل که با استفاده از مصاحبه با 11 نفر از خبرگان آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا که دارای حداقل 15 سال سابقه خدمت در آماد و همچنین حداقل دارای مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی هستند و به روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی هدفمند انجام‌شده، روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات روش تحلیل مضمون است. روایی این پژوهش، از روش­های مثلثی، ‌بررسی‌های اعضا، بررسی زوجی و پایایی نیز از پایایی باز آزمون و پایایی دو کدگذار استفاده گردیده است.یافته‌ها: یافته اصلی این پژوهش ارائه مدلی شامل ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها برای مدل توزیع عدالت محور در آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا با تاکید بر بیانیه گام دوم است. مدل ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش درمجموع شامل 37 شاخص در قالب هفت مولفه و سه بعد اصلی است.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به این‌که موضوع توزیع عدالت محور مبتنی بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب در آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا یک راهبرد نظام‌مند است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که توزیع عدالت محور آماد و پشتیبانی با استفاده از روش‌شناسی این پژوهش شامل سیاست‌گذاری عدالت محور، شناخت عدالت محور و پیاده‌سازی عدالت محور است.

providing a justice-oriented distribution model in logistics and support in faraja based on the statement of the second step of the revolution

background and purpose: it can be said without a doubt that the security and law enforcement organizations, especially the police play a key and significant role in establishing justice, and in this regard, it is possible to consider police activity as an operational stage of distributive justice because the police as the guardian of internal border security, acts as the first organization involved through law enforcement operations and deals with crisis control and management. with this point of view, the present research was conducted under the title of justice-oriented distribution model in logistics and support of faraja on the statement of the second step of the revolution with the approach of the theme analysis.methodology: this research is descriptive-survey in terms of is applied development goal. the community is under investigation. to compile and design the model which was conducted by interviewing 11 experts from logistics and support of faraja who have at least 15 years of service experience in logistics and support and also have at least a bachelor’s degree, and using a purposeful judgmental sampling method, the data analysis method . the method is thematic analysis. the validity of this research is based on the triangular methods of examining the members of the method and discarding biases and the reliability of the retest reliability and the reliability of two orders have been used.finding: the main finding of this research is to present a model including dimensions of components and indicators for the justice-oriented distribution in logistics and support of faraja based on the statement of the second step of the revolution. this presented model in this research contains 37 indicators containing seven components and three main dimensions.conclusion: the results indicate that the justice-oriented distribution of logistics and support using the method of this research includes policy-making based on the example of justice-oriented knowledge and justice-oriented implementation.
