آسیب ‌شناسی وضعیت مصرف انرژی در دانشگاه علوم انتظامی

زمینه و هدف: نگهداری آمادی صرفاً به اقلام محدود نبوده بلکه، نگهداری و حفظ انرژی و منابع طبیعی برای نسل‌ های آینده نیز همواره اهمیت داشته است. جوامعی که در مصرف انرژی بیشتر دقت کرده‌اند، هم هزینه‌های مصرف آن را کاهش داده‌اند و هم اینکه به حفظ منابع انرژی کمک نموده‌اند. حتی اگر در کوتاه‌مدت نتوانسته‌اند میزان اتلاف را به نزدیک صفر برسانند، به‌طورقطع و یقین آن را کاهش داده‌اند. هدف این پژوهش آسیب‌شناسی وضعیت مصرف انرژی در دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین است.روش: این پژوهش ازنظر نوع هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ روش اجرا، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، فرماندهان، مدیران و کارکنان (530 نفر)، اعضای هیئت‌علمی (50 نفر)، دانشجویان (1750 نفر)، سربازان (125 نفر) و جمعاً (2400 نفر) است. حجم نمونه نیز به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای و بر اساس فرمول کوکران در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد و خطای 7 درصد، 182 نفر هستند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که روایی آن با اخذ نظر صاحب‌نظران و پایایی آن با محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ که بالاتر از 0/7 مورد تایید قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: ازنظر اعضای جامعه آماری، «فرهنگ‌سازمانی» رتبه نخست و «محیط بیرونی دانشگاه» پایین‌ترین رتبه را در بین مولفه‌های آسیب‌شناسی به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. همچنین، «تغییرپذیری» رتبه نخست و «عوامل سیاسی بیرون دانشگاه» پایین‌ترین رتبه را در بین شاخص‌های آسیب‌شناسی به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه نتایج، دانشگاه باید در خصوص اصلاح وضعیت مصرف انرژی همت گمارد. اهم اقدامات این اصلاح در بعد ساختاری، ارتقاء تغییرپذیری، در بعد رفتاری، افزایش علم و دانش کارکنان و در بعد زمینه‌ای به‌کارگیری فناوری روز در راستای کاهش مصرف هستند.

background and purpose: logistics maintenance is not only limited to items, but also the maintenance and conservation of energy and natural resources is important for future generations. the more careful we are in energy consumption, the more we can reduce its consumption costs and help preserve it. if the amount of waste cannot be reduced to zero in the short term, it can definitely be reduced. the purpose of this project is the harms of energy consumption in amin university of police sciences.materials and methods: this research in terms of purpose is applicable and in terms of methodology is descriptive-survey. the statistical population of this research is commanders, managers and employees (530), faculty members (50), students (1750), soldiers (125) and a total of (2400) people. the sample size is 182 people based on the random relative stratified sampling method and based on cochran’s formula at 95% confidence level and 7% error. the data collection tools for the questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by obtaining the opinions of experts and its reliability by calculating cronbach’s alpha, which was higher than 0.7.findings: according to the members of the statistical community, organizational culture has the first rank and external environment of the university has the lowest rank among the pathology components. in addition, changeability ranks first and political factors outside the university have the lowest rank among pathology indicators.conclusion: according to the results, the university should strive to improve the energy consumption situation. the most important measures of this reform in the structural dimension are the promotion of changeability, in the behavioral dimension, increasing the knowledge and knowledge of employees and, in the contextual dimension, the use of modern technology in order to reduce consumption.
