ارائه مدل سلسله مراتبی عوامل عملکردی زنجیره تامین با محوریت ناب پایدار (مورد مطالعه: صنعت خودروسازی ایران)

زمینه و هدف: در طول دهه گذشته‏ بسیاری از سازمان ‌ها و صنایع بر روی شاخص‌ های مالی متمرکزشده‌اند. اما، اخیراً دریافته‌اند که باید علاوه بر شاخص ‌های مالی، عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی هم در عملکرد زنجیره‌های تامین به‌عنوان پایداری در نظر گرفته شود، که شبکه لجستیک صنعت خودروسازی کشور را هم تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. هرچند، صنایع و سازمان‌ها در فضای رقابتی امروز کاهش هزینه‌ها را نمی‌توانند نادیده بگیرند اما، برای بقاء خود ناچار به کاهش اتلاف‌ها هستند. این پژوهش مدل سلسله مراتبی عوامل عملکردی زنجیره تامین با محوریت ناب پایدار را به همین منظور ارائه کرده استروش: این پژوهش که ازنظر هدف کاربردی است به لحاظ روش، آمیخته اکتشافی با دو رویکرد کیفی(بررسی پیشینه و پژوهش‌های معتبر و مرتبط)جهت استخراج عوامل عملکردی زنجیره تامین ناب و کمی(مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری) برای طراحی مدل انجام شد.یافته‌ها: در پژوهش حاضر ابتدا 36 عامل عملکردی‌ زنجیره تامین ناب در بخش کیفی بر اساس مطالعه پیشینه و پژوهش‌های مرتبط استخراج و در ادامه در بخش کمی با استفاده از روش دلفی ابعاد پایداری آن‌ها به کمک 18 از نفر خبرگان و متخصصان موضوع زنجیره تامین کشور بومی‌سازی شده است.نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل شناسایی‌شده با روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری سطح‌بندی و روابط بین سطوح این عوامل در صنعت خودروسازی کشور مشخص شد. نتیجه این پژوهش دستیابی به مدل عوامل عملکردی زنجیره تامین ناب پایدار در صنعت خودروسازی ایران متشکل از ده سطح است.

presenting a hierarchical model of productivity improvement by evaluating the performance of a sustainable lean supply chain in the iranian automotive industry

background and aim: during the last decade, many organizations and industries have focused on financial indicators. however, they have recently found that in addition to financial indicators, economic, social and environmental factors should also be considered in the performance of supply chains as sustainability, which also affects the logistics network of the country’s automotive industry. however, industries and organizations cannot ignore cost reduction in today’s competitive environment. this paper also presents a model for evaluating the performance of a sustainable lean supply chain to improve productivity.method: in terms of applied purpose, the present study is a descriptive survey in terms of data collection.finding and results: first, 36 indicators of lean supply chain were extracted based on the study of the background of related researches and then using delphi method, , their sustainability dimensions were domesticated with the help of 18 experts and specialists in the field of supply chain. the identified factors were determined by interpretive structural method, the relations between and performance evaluation indicators of sustainable lean supply chain in the country’s automotive industry. the result of this research is to achieve a model for evaluating the performance of sustainable lean supply chain by improving productivity in the iranian automotive industry consisting of ten levels.
