ارزیابی عوامل مرتبط با نگهداری صحیح از ناوگان خودرویی و سبک‌سازمانی فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران

زمینه و هدف: خودرو نقشی مهم در پیشبرد ماموریت‌های سازمانی در فراجا دارد، به‌طوری‌که تعهد نسبت به سازمان و دقت در نگهداری آن می‌تواند در انجام وظایف محوله‌ی سازمان تعیین‌کننده باشد. این پژوهش، به ارزیابی عوامل مرتبط با نگهداری صحیح از ناوگان خودرویی و سبک‌سازمانی فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران پرداخته است.روش: پژوهش حاضر ازنظر نوع پژوهش کاربردی و روش آن پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مدیران و کارکنان معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران که 70 نفر از آنان با استفاده از جدول کرجسی مورگان و به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب‌شده‌اند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عوامل مرتبط با نگهداری صحیح از ناوگان خودروئی سبک‌سازمانی و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته نگهداری صحیح از ناوگان خودروئی سبک‌سازمانی استفاده‌شده است. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها به‌وسیله خبرگان محترم مورد تائید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 0.82 و 0.76 به دست آمد تحلیل استنباطی داده‌های حاصل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس و آزمون‌های کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی، رگرسیون چندگانه و آزمون فریدمن انجام شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که عواملی نظیر (عوامل انسانی، عامل برنامه‌ریزی، عامل مدیریتی، عامل بودجه و اعتبارات) بر نگهداری ناوگان خودروئی سبک سازمان اثرگذار هستند. با توجه به آزمون فریدمن نیز به ترتیب بیشترین میانگین اختصاص به عوامل انسانی، عامل مدیریتی، عامل بودجه و اعتبارات و درنهایت عامل برنامه‌ریزی قرار داشته است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که با توجه به وضعیت جغرافیایی استان، مسافت طولانی و نوع و حجم ماموریت‌های محوله سازمانی، بیشترین نقش را بر نگهداری صحیح از ناوگان خودرویی سبک فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران عوامل انسانی داشته که با بازنگری در قوانین، آموزش سازمانی، نظارت و کنترل صحیح و استفاده از نظام تشویق و تنبیه تحقق می‌یابد.

evaluation of the factors related to the correct maintenance of the organizational light vehicle fleet of mazandaran police command

background and purpose: the car plays an important role in advancing the organizational missions in faraja, so that the commitment to the organization and the care in its maintenance can be decisive in fulfilling the assigned organizational tasks. in this research, the factors related to the correct maintenance of the vehicle fleet of the police command of mazandaran province have been evaluated.method: the current research is an applied research and its method is a survey. the statistical population of the research is the managers and employees of the vice-president of preparedness and support of the police command of mazandaran province, 70 of whom have been selected using the kargesi morgan table and by simple random sampling. in order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire of factors related to the correct maintenance of an enterprise-style car fleet and a researcher-made questionnaire of the correct maintenance of an enterprise-style car fleet were used. respected professors confirmed the validity of the questionnaires and its reliability was obtained using cronbach’s alpha formula of 0.82 and 0.76 respectively. in order to inferential analysis of the data obtained from the measurement tools, spss software and kolmogorov-smirnov test, correlation coefficient, multiple regression and friedman test were used.findings: the findings show that factors such as (human factors, planning factor, management factor, budget factor and credits) are effective on the maintenance of the organization’s light vehicle fleet. according to friedman’s test, the highest average allocation was for human factors, management factor, budget and credits factor, and finally planning factor.conclusion: the results show that due to the geographical situation of the province, the long distance and the type and volume of assigned organizational missions, human factors have the greatest role in the proper maintenance of the light vehicle fleet of the police command of mazandaran province, which by revising the laws, training organization, proper supervision and control and the use of incentive and punishment system are realized.
