تحلیل نقش مدیریت کیفیت لجستیک در ایجاد زنجیره ارزش مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تامین صنایع دفاعی

زمینه و هدف: هدف از انجام این تحقیق تحلیل نقش مدیریت کیفیت لجستیک در ایجاد زنجیره ارزش مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تامین صنایع دفاعی بوده است. ازآنجاکه این تحقیق در یک سازمان واقعی صورت گرفته است و از نتایج آن می‌توان به‌طور عملی استفاده کرد، یک تحقیق کاربردی است.روش: تحقیق حاضر، از منظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، شامل کلیه مدیران (عالی، میانی و عملیاتی) صنایع دفاع که تعداد آن‌ها 400 نفر می‌باشند روش نمونه‌گیری در این تحقیق تصادفی ساده خواهد بود و با کمک جدول مورگان نمونه‌ای به حجم 196 نفر انتخاب گردید برای سنجش متغیرهای تحقیق از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده است. روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی و ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه است که روایی بر اساس روایی محتوایی و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تائید قرارگرفته است برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون معادلات ساختاری و رگرسیون چند متغیری استفاده‌شده است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد مدیریت کیفیت لجستیک بر ایجاد زنجیره ارزش مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تامین صنایع دفاعی تاثیر دارد.

analysis of the role of logistics quality management in creating the value chain of knowledge management in the supply chain of defense industries

background and purpose: the purpose of this research is to analyze the role of logistics quality management in creating the value chain of knowledge management in the supply chain of defense industries. because this research was done in a real organization and its results can be used practically and it is a practical research.method: the present research is applied from the point of view of the traversal and descriptive-survey from the nature of the research. the statistical population of this research includes all managers (high, middle, operational) of defense industries, whose number is 400. the sampling method in this research will be simple random and with the help of morgan’s table, a sample size of 196 people was selected to measure the variables. the research used a standard questionnaire. the method of collecting library and field information and the tool of collecting information is a questionnaire; the validity of which has been confirmed based on content and final validity using cronbach’s alpha coefficient, structural equation test and multivariate regression have been used for data analysis.conclusion: the results show that logistics quality management has an effect on the creation of the value chain of knowledge management in the supply chain of the defense industry.
