شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی معیارهای کلیدی موثر در تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین (موردمطالعه: شرکت پشتیبانی ایثار)

زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی و رتبه بندی معیارهای کلیدی موثر در تاب آوری زنجیره تامین (شرکت پشتیبانی ایثار) در سال 1401 انجام پذیرفت.روش: در این پژوهش با مرور مدل ها و تحقیقات صورت گرفته در حوزه زنجیره تامین   و تاب آوری، مولفه‌ها و     شاخص های کاربردی و مختص زنجیره تامین موردمطالعه شناسایی و برای تحلیل شکاف و اولویت بندی شاخص ها از روش ماتریس اهمیت-عملکرد استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل 50 نفر از خبرگان و صاحب نظران مرتبط با حوزه شرکت پشتیبانی ایثار که شامل مدیرعامل، مدیران و کارکنان شرکت پشتیبانی ایثار و همچنین رده بالادستی شرکت در معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی یک سازمان نظامی - انتظامی -انتظامی و همچنین رابطین آماد است. حجم نمونه آماری پژوهش با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 44 نفر تعیین گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه به کمک نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس، با آلفای کرونباخ 0.815 محاسبه گردید.یافته‌ها: بر اساس اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده تعداد 10 بعد و 57 مولفه به‌عنوان معیارهای کلیدی موثر در تاب آوری زنجیره تامین (شرکت پشتیبانی ایثار) شناسایی شد. با تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده های جمع‌آوری‌شده مشخص شد مولفه‌های ارتقای توانمندی بازاریابی کارکنان، کنترل هزینه های نیروی انسانی و پاسخ گویی درست و به‌موقع به‌عنوان بااهمیت‌ترین شاخص های تاب آوری شرکت پشتیبانی ایثار می توانند در نظر گرفته شوند. همچنین مولفه‌های سرمایه اجتماعی (ایجاد ارتباط موثر)، مدیریت دوره عمر محصول و مدیریت برگشت از فروش و مرجوعی به‌عنوان مولفه‌های با اولویت پایین تعیین شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: از 57 مولفه تاب‌آوری تعداد نه مولفه در ربع اتلاف منابع و تعداد 15 مولفه در ربع تمرکز قرار گرفتند. با توجه به روش اهمیت-عملکرد شکاف اصلی در ربع اول و سوم ماتریس است؛ بنابراین برای مولفه‌هایی که در ربع اول قرارگرفته پیشنهاد در جهت تقویت مولفه و برای مولفه‌هایی که در ربع سوم (اتلاف منابع) قرارگرفته پیشنهاد در جهت اصلاح مولفه ارائه می گردد.

identification and ranking of effective key criteria in supply chain resilience (case study: isar support company)

aim and background: this research was conducted with the aim of identifying and ranking the key criteria effective in the resilience of the supply chain (isar support company) in 1401.method: in this research, by reviewing the models and research done in the field of supply chain and resilience, the components and indicators, which are applicable and specific to the studied supply chain, are identified, and to analyze the gap and prioritize the indicators from the importance-performance matrix method was used. the statistical population in this research includes 50 experts related to the field of isar support company, which includes the ceo, managers and employees of isar support company, as well as the executives of the logistics and support division of a military-administrative organization, as well as their contacts. the statistical sample size of the research was determined using cochran’s formula of 44 people. the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using spass software, cronbach’s alpha 0.815.findings: based on the collected information, 10 aspects and 57 components were identified as effective key criteria in supply chain resilience (isar support company). by analyzing the collected data, it was determined that the components of improving the marketing capabilities of employees, controlling the costs of human resources and responding correctly and on time can be considered as the most important indicators of the resilience of isar company. in addition, the components of social capital (creating effective communication), product life cycle management, and return management were determined as low priority components.conclusion: of the 57 components of resilience, nine components were placed in the resource waste quadrant and 15 components were placed in the focus quadrant. according to the importance-function method, the main gap is in the first and third quadrants of the matrix. therefore, for the components that are placed in the first quadrant (focus here), a suggestion is made to strengthen the component, and a suggestion is made to weaken and modify the component placed in the third quadrant (waste of resources).
