بررسی تاثیر تحلیل کلان داده‌ها و ابعاد امنیت داده بر عملکرد زنجیره تامین خدمات

زمینه و هدف: شرکت‌های خدماتی که برای بهبود عملکرد زنجیره تامین خدمات و عملکرد شرکت از تجزیه‌وتحلیل کلان داده‌ها استفاده می‌کنند، امروزه با تهدیدات امنیتی روبه‌رو شده‌اند بنابراین هدف مطالعه حاضر به‌عنوان ابتکاری برای مفهوم‌سازی پیوند بین تجزیه‌وتحلیل کلان داده‌ها، امنیت داده‌ها و عملکرد زنجیره تامین خدمات با استفاده از نظریه مبتنی بر منابع بود.روش‌شناسی: این تحقیق ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی پیمایشی بوده که جامعه آماری آن را 200 نفر شامل خبرگان و کارشناسان شرکت ایساکو تشکیل می‌دادند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 132 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه و با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری داده با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که پایایی و روایی آن بررسی و تائید شده است در قسمت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آمار توصیفی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین متغیرها بالاتر از سطح متوسط قرار دارد همچنین نتایج معادلات ساختاری نشان داد مدل با توجه به شاخص‌ها از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بوده و در سطح 99 درصد اطمینان، کلان داده‌ها بر همه ابعاد زنجیره تامین به‌غیراز قابلیت اطمینان تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین امنیت داده ها در سطح 99 درصد اطمینان، بر هر چهار بعد زنجیره تامین تاثیر معناداری داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل به‌طورکلی نشان داد امنیت داده و تجزیه‌وتحلیل کلان داده‌ها بر بهبود ابعاد زنجیره تامین تاثیر معنادار و قابل‌توجهی داشته و شرکت ایساکو باید به این حوزه و برنامه‌ریزی برای آن توجه کند تا به عملکرد مناسب زنجیره تامین و به‌تبع آن به عملکرد مطلوب برسد.

investigating the impact of big data analysis and data security dimensions on service supply chain performance

background and aim: these days’ service companies are facing security threats as they use big data analytics to improve service supply chain performance and firm performance, so the purpose of this study is to conceptualize the link between macro analysis data, data security and service supply chain performance.method: in terms of purpose, this research is applied and in terms of method, is descriptive survey. the statistical population of present study consisted of 200 people, including experts of isaco co. 132 people were selected as a sample using the cochran’s formula and using simple random selections. the data collection method was a researcher-made questionnaire whose reliability and validity were checked and confirmed. in the data analysis section, descriptive statistics and structural equations model were used.findings: the results showed that the mean of the variables is above the average level. also, the results of structural equations showed that the model has a good fit according to the indicators. at the level of 99% confidence, the macro data analysis has a significant impact on all dimensions of the supply chain except reliability. also, at the level of 99% reliability, data security has a significant impact on all four dimensions of the supply chain.conclusion: in general, the results of the analysis showed that data security and macro data analysis have a significant impact on improving the dimensions of the supply chain. isaco company should pay more attention to this area and planning for it to achieve the desired performance.
