بررسی تاثیر جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه بر تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین با نقش میانجی ظرفیت جذب و تعدیل‌گری اقتصاد مقاومتی

زمینه و هدف: امروزه تمام کارشناسان و سیاست‌گذاران بر این نکته اتفاق‌نظر دارند که مهم‌ترین چالش اقتصاد ایران در برنامه چهارم و دهه 80 موضوع اشتغال و بیکاری است و نکته مهم این است که چگونه باید با این پدیده برخورد کنیم و استراتژی‌های برخورد با این چالش را تعیین و اجرا کنیم تا ظرفیت‌های اقتصادی کشور را فعال و کوشا کند. فلذا نقش شایسته کارآفرینی خلاق و تاثیر آن در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشور بر کسی پوشیده نیست.روش: در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه بر تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین با نقش میانجی ظرفیت جذب و تعدیل گری اقتصاد مقاومتی پرداخته می‌شود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی – همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر متشکل از مدیران و خبرگان شرکت های کوچک و متوسط است؛ که به‌صورت تصادفی تعداد 280 نفر از اعضای نمونه در دسترس قرار گرفته و پرسشنامه‌ها تکمیل شد.یافته‌ها: داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس. و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی.ال.اس. تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: بررسی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه به‌طور مثبت بر تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین تاثیر می‌گذارد و مهم‌تر از همه، این رابطه غیرمستقیم نیز است چراکه ظرفیت جذب آن را میانجی‌گری می‌کند. همچنین ظرفیت جذب نیز به‌طور مستقیم بر تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین تاثیرگذار است. نتایج همچنین نشان داد اقتصاد مقاومتی نتوانست رابطه بین جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه و تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین را تعدیل نماید.

the investigation of the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the resistance of the supply chain with the mediating role of absorptive capacity and moderating the resistance economy

background and purpose: in recent years, entrepreneurial orientation is considered the most important indicator in the development of businesses, it is important to pay attention to the absorption capacity in the conditions of the resistance economy to increase the performance and resistance of the supply chain of these companies. in this way, entrepreneurial orientation in domestic and foreign markets will lead to the continuation of production, development of new products, preservation and development of existing employment. therefore, the worthy role of creative entrepreneurship and its effect on the economic growth and development of the country is not hidden for everyone.method: in the current research, the investigation of entrepreneurial orientation’s effect on the resistance of the supply chain with the mediating role of absorptive capacity and moderating resistance economy is considered. this research is descriptive-correlation type. the statistical population of this research consists of managers and experts of small and medium companies; 280 members of the sample randomly were made available and the questionnaires were completed.findings: data were analyzed using spss software and partial least squares method and smartpls software.conclusion: examining the results of this research showed that entrepreneurial orientation positively affects the resistance of the supply chain, and most importantly, this relationship is also indirect because absorptive capacity mediates it. absorptive capacity is also directly affective on the resistance of the supply chain. the results also showed that resistance economy could not moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and supply chain resistance.
