آسیب‌شناسی فرآیندهای آمادی تسلیحات آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا

زمینه و هدف: موضوع تسلیحات و فرآیندهای آن در آماد و پشتیبانی همواره از دغدغه‌های فرماندهان فراجا بوده و از سوی هیئت‌رئیسه فراجا در مکاتبات و همچنین جلسات تخصصی تاکیدات مکرری بر اهمیت پرداختن هرچه بیشتر آن شده و می‌شود. دلیل اصلی آن‌هم قرار گرفتن رده‌های فراجا در گستره پهناور ایران اسلامی و قرار گرفتن آن در بطن جامعه و بروز وقایع ناخواسته‌ای است که می‌تواند اثرات بسیار مخرب و غیرقابل جبرانی را موجب شود. همچنین در برنامه‌های سالیانه ارجاعی معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی به مرکز مطالعات آماد و پشتیبانی، موضوع آسیب‌شناسی فرآیندهای تسلیحات به‌عنوان یکی از محورهای پژوهشی موردنیاز ابلاغ‌شده است. به همین منظور مسئله اصلی این تحقیق آسیب‌شناسی فرآیندهای (تامین، توزیع و نت) تسلیحات آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا با استفاده از نظام سه‌شاخگی است.روش: این تحقیق در زمره تحقیقات «کاربردی» است که به‌صورت پیمایشی اجرا گردیده است. اطلاعات به دو صورت کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی جمع‌آوری شد که داده‌های میدانی توسط توزیع پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ای (که پایایی آن طبق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ.942 محاسبه شد) بین جامعه موردمطالعه (که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده در میان کارکنان آماد و پشتیبانی فراجا به تعداد 94 نفر توزیع شد) جمع‌آوری و مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش بر اساس مبانی نظری تحقیق در سه بعد رفتاری، ساختاری و محیطی تدوین و.نتایج داده‌ها با استفاده آزمون رتبه‌بندی فریدمن و تی تک نمونه‌ای به کمک نرم‏افزار  اس. پی. اس. اس.[1] انجام گرفته و مشخص شد بعد رفتاری، بعد ساختاری و بعد محیطی (به ترتیب) از بیشترین تا کمترین اهمیت را در موضوعات آسیب‌شناسی داشته‌اند.

aim background: the matter of ammunition and its processes in logistics has always been an apprehension for commanders of faraja and by the chief board of faraja in correspondences and also in specialized meetings a continual emphasize has been done and is being done on paying so much attention on the importance of this matter. the main reason to that is the placing of lines of faraja across the wide islamic iran and also its placing in the heart of society and outbreak of unwanted incidents that can cause very destructive and irreparable effects. also in the annual programs of logistics deputy which referenced to the research center of logistics, the subject of ammunition processes pathology is notified as one of the required pivots of research . for this purpose, the main problem of this research is pathology of the processes (provide, distribution, maintenance and repair) of faraja’s logistics armaments using tricorn system.method: this research is amongst the “applied” researches which has been performed as survey. information is gathered by library and field methods that field data is gathered and analyzed by distributing researcher constructed questionnaire (that its stability according to the cronbach’s alpha factor is calculated 0.942 ) among society under study (that was distributed as simple random sampling among faraja’s logistics staff with number of 94 people).findings conclusion: this research is collected on the basis of study’s theoretical principles in three behavioral, structural and environmental dimensions and data results analysis has been done using friedman ranking and single sample t test with the help of spss1 software and it was specified behavioral dimension, structural dimension and environmental dimension (respectively) has highest to lowest importance in the issues of pathology.
